I purchased an ALFA ROMEO from AL sight unseen. He made the process very easy and was easy to get a hold of! Trying to contact a salesman via a call center is miserable. Al made sure I never had to do that.

Do I have to give 1 star? This place should be out of business. I didn't buy here so I can't speak to that, but their service department is a complete joke! We've had multiple under warranty repairs and had to pay out of pocket for tows, Uber rides, rentals etc. They give you no loaner or help you with anything! The first time for a battery issue, they called and said hey, we got it running, battery is good. OK cool so we Uber again to get it. Next day - dead! This time they say oh yea, the battery is a dud. Now we need a recall repair. Someone says on Monday that we should not drive it due to the safety issue. But sorry, we can't do the 20-minute fix for weeks. Call back to vent, complain, get better help of more info... day after day after day.... no answer and no one EVER calls back, not even a manager. They say someone will call back but no one ever does. Now we have to drive an unsafe vehicle for thousands of miles for our holiday trip? Going to come to lawyers at this point - we'd had to pay so much money for under-warranty repair work, and they don't help or even respond. AVOID this dealership or suffer as we have. I wish we were near to a decent, reputable Alfa dealer.
