Pleasant car buying experience - Jeepfish
My recent experience purchasing a new SUV from Pomoco Jeep/ Mitsubishi couldn't have gone better. Jessica Mulrooney was very knowledgeable & helpful in helping me find the right vehicle. She is definitely a great asset to the Pomoco dealership!! I wish all car sales professionals were more like her!
The most seamless sales process EVER - Pamela Carpenter
We recently went to look at a used Subaru Crosstrek at Shelor Subaru, and ended up with Steven Thompson as our sales person. When we weren't happy with the Subaru, he found us a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport to test drive. It was a little outside of my budget, but we decided to go for a drive anyway. While we were at lunch, Steven got all the paperwork handled and when we got back all we had to deal with was the signing. There was NO sales pressure at all, and Steven understood what we wanted and needed in terms of our budget and driving needs. It was an excellent experience ro work with someone with such a profound desire to understand the customer and make things happen. Trey Paige was awesome as well and this entire sales team is absolutely top notch. We won't ever go anywhere else.
Car Key replacement - Concon
The Hyman Brothers replaced my Car Key with jno charged.
I bought the used car Mitsibidhi Eclipse from previously Nissan and Subaro Car Dealer, the sales person never told me that the chips was broken and just falls apart. Then I called the Sales person about the key. He said that I have to buy my buy my own key. The key costs about $280 when i called the Mitsubishi. And I couldn’t afford the $280. So i waited until I couldnt used the key anymore. Acually the key itself came off from the plastic holdingbthe chips inside andbi had to wrapped them with the clear tape and used gorella glue so i’d be able to crank the car to start, That was really a horrible experienced from Nissan and Subaro Dealer.
When I went back in the car dealer, it’s changed to Hyman Brothers.
The actual Hyman Brothers replaced my key with no charged after I expained of what happend.
I told him that i would highly recommend to a friends to buy car from them.
Excellent Service - Lady Bug
Clay Merrifield was our salesman, who met us outside as we drove up introducing himself. What a delightful and professional gentleman. His knowledge and considerate manner made the buying process very enjoyable. A test ride and we were in love with the Mercedes red GLK350 and Clay.
We filled out all of the application, and returned Monday to complete the process with exuberant Rod. We had a wonderful At Hyman Brothers.

Best dealership ever!!! - Sioux Cutright
I purchased a slightly used Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, from Shirley Slack and it was my best experience ever. From Sal my salesman to finance to service, everyone really went out of their way to make everything easy. As a woman I especially appreciated the respect given me.
Both service and sales are the worst I've ever dealt with. - jimsrod
I can't say one positive thing about this place. I have bought and sold at least 20 cars and I don't mind wheeling and dealing. I was shopping for a new Mazda 6 and they would not budge on the sticker price and my car's trade in offer was a slap in the face. They wouldn't budge on the top or bottom end. Then they berated me by implying that I was stupid for thinking they should give me a better deal. I went to a competitor after I laughed in their face and the same brand new car cost me $5,000 less. The other dealer gave me $3,000 off the price of the Mazda 6 and gave me $2,000 more for my trade in. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN MALLOY !!!
I previously had a 2003 Mazda 6 and had to take it to Malloy on numerous occasions for service under warranty. I won't even go into how inept their service department is. The front brakes took 3 visits for them to repair and that occurred even after I told them the fix was to power bleed the brakes when I first took it in. When they finally did as I suggested ... BOOM ... it was finally fixed. They'd call me at other times to say a repair was completed. I'd check before I left the dealership and "NO" the repair had still not been done. I would actually bypass the service reps and go straight into the service manager yet I still had the same results. NO WAY WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND MALLOY !!! I can't see how this place is still in business.
