New Mazda 3 bought--and not a painful experience! - Alex
I had emailed Kat Kingsley, their internet person, on and off for a month. Also did the Truecar and Costco buyer services. Kat gave me numbers lower than the other dealers on Truecar and Costco (and some dealers did not have the trim level I wanted). I came in for a test drive, Fred took me in the cars. The cars I drove did not have any upcharged racing stripes, etc. We had a friendly chat while driving.
I had my own financing and I wasn't trading in a car, so there was only one negotiation (not a series of multilevel negotiations). Final deal matched the offer the internet salesperson had given me in writing (offer did not include taxes, title, etc). I had an issue with my credit (it's not bad, but it was frozen thanks to an Equifax data breach), and they were understanding and we cleared it up.
Car buying can be a stressful/draining experience. As my title suggested, it was perfectly fine. Assuming this car is a good one, I would look to them again if I am in the market for another Mazda.

We just purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 from Walker and were very impressed with the overall experience. First off we were allowed to test drive several vehicles without the salesperson in the car; making for a less stressful drive and giving us the opportunity to discuss the positive and negatives of the car. A no pressure sales approach and straightforward negotiation was refreshing. Overall we felt valued as a customer and appreciated.

Friendly, courteous, informative staff - .though my vehicle was a 20-year-old MPV I felt I was treated as though I was a valued customer - on two separate occasions I left satisfied that my problem had been adequately researched & addressed & repairs were performed &/or diagnosed expertly - both service managers that I dealt with were excellent - they kept me informed as to how the repairs were progressing & provided accurate completion estimates - the part required to repair my vehicle was no longer available - the service manager & tech informed me what was needed its function & its location & reccommended that I attempt to locate a used replacement - this I did & all is well now. My previous "new car" purchase had been in 1976, so there was no current relevant familiarity with what my experience would be after a 43 year hiatus. Regardless, my pursued purchase of a new Mazda 3 developed into a very pleasant one, thanks to my sales consultant, Frank Weiss. There was never any haggling over pricing or terms of financing. Finance director, Tony Keel, and accessories manager, Bebs Magbag, are also worth mentioning as being very courteous and helpful. Bottom line: I would definitely recommend Mazda of Everett to anyone seeking a new car purchase.
