I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!

My wife and I were thinking of purchasing a Mazda3 and visited this dealership to investigate further. Although in the end, cold-feet and indecision got the better of us, I have to say we were very, very impressed with the sales consultant, (Chad Cavanaugh ) we dealt with. He was very intelligent, patient, and courteous, *even after it was clear we were not going to pull the trigger* on the purchase at that time. He spent a lot of time with us and made the experience a positive one, something we were honestly not expecting. He seriously went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase, regardless of how it came out.

One of the best car buying experiences ever. We are real estate agents so we know how difficult sales can be! And there is a fine line between being helpful and annoying to customers and that sales people can spend hours or even days in our circumstance for customers to make that final decision to either purchase or walk away. We worked closely with Joe Garcia and the owner Jerry McCann and we have to tell you they were awesome to work with. NO PRESSURE! Just VERY accommodating on providing several different models to test drive and to park side by side to make visual comparisons. My husband is a numbers guy and I am a visual person. We looked at the cars and drove them over several days and they stood with us not showing any sort of irritation in our indecision on which way we wanted to go with our purchase. We finally chose the Grand Touring C X-9 and are in love with our choice, it has it all, room to move, lots of room for guests, skis, golf clubs or just a load of groceries! Luxury and utility all rolled into one beautiful vehicle. We also purchased the roof rails to install our ski rack on and they had it installed for us before our final papers were even signed! Purchased CX-5 in 99 degree heat in September '17. It's a terrific car - fun to drive and around 30mpg on average.
Our first oil change was complimentary/no charge. Second oil change, that includes topping off all fluids, inspection, car wash and cost of about 60.00 was estimated to take about 75 minutes. Opting for a shorter stay we asked for no car wash and were told that would cut out about 20 minutes. At 90 minutes the car was still in service.
A few minutes later our service team leader apologetically offered us the keys and a handshake. He wouldn't take the fee because we'd been made to wait far longer than is customary.
That act neutralized any annoyance and is what finds me singing their praises here.
They are stand-up - not just shine-on there at Foothills.

Friendly, courteous, informative staff - .though my vehicle was a 20-year-old MPV I felt I was treated as though I was a valued customer - on two separate occasions I left satisfied that my problem had been adequately researched & addressed & repairs were performed &/or diagnosed expertly - both service managers that I dealt with were excellent - they kept me informed as to how the repairs were progressing & provided accurate completion estimates - the part required to repair my vehicle was no longer available - the service manager & tech informed me what was needed its function & its location & reccommended that I attempt to locate a used replacement - this I did & all is well now.
