My wife and I were thinking of purchasing a Mazda3 and visited this dealership to investigate further. Although in the end, cold-feet and indecision got the better of us, I have to say we were very, very impressed with the sales consultant, (Chad Cavanaugh ) we dealt with. He was very intelligent, patient, and courteous, *even after it was clear we were not going to pull the trigger* on the purchase at that time. He spent a lot of time with us and made the experience a positive one, something we were honestly not expecting. He seriously went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase, regardless of how it came out.
Regardless of what model, color or type of vehicle you are interested in, if you are going for a Mazda, my wife and I heartily recommend you link up with Chad. It is worth your time, if you wanted to be treated like a human being.

After 2 months and a bunch of dealerships, constant haggling and dealership games, I finally bought a car through Mazda of Everett. I had made contact about a agreed price over the phone (which is a rare thing) which was great because they didn't try and do that "we can negotiate a price after you come in" and leave disappointed. I didn't feel like I was playing a mental chess game against the dealership.
From start to finish, they took care of me like I was family, the dealership looked fancy, but had a casual air about it, as displayed by the owner who was playing with his dogson (dog grandson). Joe, Luke and Tony all took care of me, offering me my options, but being patient and letting me make my own decisions at my own pace.They measured my best options for financing and gave me the best rates I could find in the area. The car was everything I wanted, and it was helpful for them to be so patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
It says a lot when the fleet manager gives you a hug and the owner thanks you personally for "joining the family". Thank you again Mazda of Everett for everything!

Purchased CX-5 in 99 degree heat in September '17. It's a terrific car - fun to drive and around 30mpg on average.
Our first oil change was complimentary/no charge. Second oil change, that includes topping off all fluids, inspection, car wash and cost of about 60.00 was estimated to take about 75 minutes. Opting for a shorter stay we asked for no car wash and were told that would cut out about 20 minutes. At 90 minutes the car was still in service.
A few minutes later our service team leader apologetically offered us the keys and a handshake. He wouldn't take the fee because we'd been made to wait far longer than is customary.
That act neutralized any annoyance and is what finds me singing their praises here.
They are stand-up - not just shine-on there at Foothills.

Friendly, courteous, informative staff - .though my vehicle was a 20-year-old MPV I felt I was treated as though I was a valued customer - on two separate occasions I left satisfied that my problem had been adequately researched & addressed & repairs were performed &/or diagnosed expertly - both service managers that I dealt with were excellent - they kept me informed as to how the repairs were progressing & provided accurate completion estimates - the part required to repair my vehicle was no longer available - the service manager & tech informed me what was needed its function & its location & reccommended that I attempt to locate a used replacement - this I did & all is well now.
