The only thing I didn’t like was with your financial department. We told them we were paying cash and they ran our credit anyway not necessary didn’t give them permission to do that they could’ve checked with the bank to make sure the check was good that would’ve been fine that’s very bad thing to do when you don’t have permission he said it was it was a procedure I don’t believe that it shouldn’t be

Daniel Clarke immediately started to work on my need to purchase a small SUV. I told him I wanted to compare the Mazda Toyota and Honda. We talked about what I must have in my new vehicle. The next day he had all three sitting in the Mazda lot side by side so I could compare each vehicle. After test driving I easily made my selection: a Mazda CX5. I absolutely live the vehicle.

Devra in service is extremely helpful and stays in touch with you which makes you very comfortable, highly appreciated. The GM Chris is top notch making sure the customer is taken care of and all aspects of your sales or service issues are handled. I came from being a BMW driver which the service department frankly spoils you to being extremely impressed with Mazda!!

Found the vehicle on the internet. Reached out and they were very receptive. Entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Fugate Ford in the future.
From drop off to pick up, Mazda delivered excellent service - kbowent
Every person I interacted with was kind, understanding, and helpful!
What really stood out was their dedication to an objective analysis and report of the services that my car needed. When asked, they ordered them from high to low priority. I ended up selecting all of the services that were done thoroughly and quickly.

Don't lease car here - Ocean
Mazda makes good cars. But don't lease car here. I've leased a CX3 from 2017 for 3 years. Just returned it this on this month. When I returned it, they did some paper works and said that's it, all done. But quickly, I awarded I still need to pay the lease fee for next month, even I've overpaid one month. I emailed Lee Johnson Mazda then they said they are "Third Party" and can not do anything for me. I need to call Mazda Capital service by myself. What!!!?? They even did not tell me anything about this while I returned car. So Don't lease car from this THIRD PARTY dealer.

1) The Auto I bought: I did a lot of research on the CX-30 .It has all the specs I was looking for and the deal I got and trade in was excellent. The CX 30 is a technological powerhouse. So far I am very delighted with my purchase.
2) The Sales Process: I made an appointment with Trevor over the phone and the when I met him he greeted me at the door very enthusiastically. He showed me the CX-30 I was looking for and told me he was new to the auto sales business and in a learning process. I accepted this because I've been there myself. It can be brutal. We both together familiarized ourselves about the features and amenities of the vehicle. I agreed to buying it and when we got down to the paperwork and financing the deal it became very awkward because his learning curve kicked in. I must say he kept up his positivity and enthusiasm. Bravo Trevor. Ar this point a gentleman and senior sales consultant Jerod appeared.. Jerod then took over and did a very attractive deal. I had made Trevor's first sale. I congratulated him and told him he needs to do 3 more sales the next day.
3) Financing: I met Carrie the Finance Manager to 'sign the papers'. She explained the warranties, arbitration, extended warranties, insurance, and legalize of what it means in a clear but rapid pace. I began to think in addition to being a finance manager she was also a sales rep of products and services relevant to an auto purchase. I digested as best I could all this and accepted what I thought was best.
A good experience but sort of a brick wall with a timer on your head.
4) Service Department: No experience yet. I ordered some upgrades for the new vehicle and waiting for the parts to come and get a call from the service department for the installation.
Take aways: New Sales reps - Be enthusiastic. Be knowledgeable about your products.
General environment - Have a little WiFi going on in the dealership and offer your customers beverages. I have to say this dealership is in the process of building a new Mazda Sales and Service Center.
Prep and delivery of the vehicle. Do better than a mop on the roof and a hose and clean the windows too. Also check the air in the tires. All 4 on mine each were underinflated. Introduce your new customer to the service and parts departments.
All this being said I am giving this dealer 4 stars.
Awful incredibly bad service experience - Paul
I was called names and cursed at by the service manager. I would never use this dealer for Service or purchase.
I can not in good conscience recommend anyone buy a new turbo CX5. If you are going to do not buy a Mazda here!
I brought my 2018 Mazda CX-5 for routine maintenance, an... - Mr.Oohahh
I brought my 2018 Mazda CX-5 for routine maintenance, an oil change and tire rotation. While there, the service department suggested additional routine maintenance, as I was at 50k. Fair enough. Everything seemed professional and straight forward...until they gave me my vehicle back.
My CX-5 was returned with an overwhelming stench of gasoline in the cab. Neither my partner nor I could breath. I brought my vehicle back to address their lack of QA, I mean who thinks a cab full of gasoline stench is a way to return a customers vehicle? So it goes back in and their mechanic dumps some toilet smelling chemical under my hood. It made the vehicle's interior smell like a porta-potty or urinal cake, especially when I turn on they vents. They said the smell would go away.
After a week of waiting for the stench to go away, brought my CX-5 back and they lightly washed the engine. It's been over a month since I've been there. My CX-5 still smells like a urinal cake or porta-potty when I turn on the air intake for my vents. The Service Manager checked it out, said he didn't smell anything, but he himself reeked of aftershave and cologne. My partner, and others who have been in my CX-5 can smell it, and this whole situation sucks.
This dealership ruined my normal enjoyment of my two year old 2018 CX-5, I came to them without issues, and I left with issues they created. They have lousy QA, I think their mechanic was the culprit (I had California plates), and the air coming into my vehicle stinks every time I turn on my vents now.
I wish I never took my vehicle to this Mazda dealership. You guys suck.
False advertisment or incompetent - tiska4mo
I saw a used mazda on their website that didn't have a price listed and required to contact them. I contacted them and got a price and negotiated it down. They sent several emails asking when I can come in to test drive. I agreed on a date and time and also let them know that I'm coming from far away and that I'd buy the car if it was in good condition. When I got to the dealership and went inside nobody was there to greet me or tell me where to wait. I just stood there near the entrance for a while. Someone finally came up and I told them I had made an appointment to see a car. They took me to a desk and then informed that they didn't actually have the car I had come to see. They went to check on it and said it wouldn't get there for another week. It's been a week and the car is still not there. The salesperson also started to try to sell other cars they had. Either they were falsely advertising a car at a low price to get people into the dealership to try to sell their other cars or they are completely incompetent and have no idea what cars they have and also have no respect for their customer's time.

Relieved to have problem adequately addressed - WILLIAM R OUIMET
Friendly, courteous, informative staff - .though my vehicle was a 20-year-old MPV I felt I was treated as though I was a valued customer - on two separate occasions I left satisfied that my problem had been adequately researched & addressed & repairs were performed &/or diagnosed expertly - both service managers that I dealt with were excellent - they kept me informed as to how the repairs were progressing & provided accurate completion estimates - the part required to repair my vehicle was no longer available - the service manager & tech informed me what was needed its function & its location & reccommended that I attempt to locate a used replacement - this I did & all is well now.
