Another micro managing review! Come on guys. Anyway the Specialist who took me under his wing was the most thorough, honest, and fun living person I have ever dealt with at any dealership. Normally I would sneak in at night to view the vehicles so that I could avoid any pushy salesman who want to rush you into a sale, but after meeting Specialist James Alameda, who went overboard for me, I would buy the moon if it were on sale! Honestly, people, I do not intend on dealing with anyone but James in the future for advice, ordering, or buying another vehicle. As far as the dealership itself, I bought my Toyota 4 Runner from you and am super happy with it and with the other specialist who helped me. I basically came in for servicing my Toyota but after looking at the trucks, also bought one I am thrilled with. Need I say more...I don't think so. I will be back.

This guy is the best I've met in the car business. I came in with lots of questions on my mind not knowing how to ask them. It's like he saw it on my face and had the courage to ask and grab me aside. He listens to what the customer wants. He answered all my questions and if not he found the right one to answer it for me, while asking for my permission to do so. A very honest man. I would recommend him 100%. Very patient and loving gentleman.

One of my wheel center caps popped off after I had my tires rotated at foothills Toyota. The service manager, Randy, found one in their inventory (at no cost to me) and set it aside for me. The service staff tapped it on and also checked and tapped the other center caps to be sure they were secure. Another example of foothills providing outstanding customer service. Note to other dealerships: this is how you cultivate customer loyalty for life. Many thanks to Randy and the service staff in particular and foothills ownership and management in general. You all rock! Eric thomas

Awesome experience at McCurley Integrity Toyota. First of all the experience was stress-free and the staff was easy going and not pushy.
Rick worked with us from the start. After an initial phone call to set up an appointment. Rick had the 4-Runner TRD Off-Road ready for a test drive. The sales team did a great job of working with our requests and went beyond expectations to build a great deal. Mitchel was fantastic pulling all the numbers and paperwork together. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. Thank You

I asked that if the bill was going to be over $300.00 I should be called before the service is done. Instead when I called 2 hours later I was informed that the service that was done would cost over $500.00 that is quite a bit over $300.00. They offered me a plan where I could pay over a period of time. I agreed to this plan but my have not agreed to the service had I known the cost of service. I have been informed of local mechanics that can provide the same service for less than the initial $300.00 price tag that Bud clary would offer. From now on, on the actual work order I will state Bud Clary should call if order is over xxxx amount of dollars . I will be more cautious from now on. I feel dissapointed in Bud Clary.

I have to start off by saying I am extremely happy Colette is your service manager. She has helped me with past issues previously and helped start to turn my negative attitude around about Rodland. She very much deserves that position and always has.
I had an Oil change today. Shannon was my writer. She was very kind, sweet and I appreciated her positive, bubbly attitude. She wasn't upset I bought my cabin air filter before she had told me that I needed it. Most writers would've been rude about that, but not her. Thank you for your help. You are wonderful. Thank you for setting up my appointment for Friday too!
I would also like to thank Chris in parts. I usually see Luke but he was gone today. Chris went above and beyond and even helped me install my wiper blades. ( The one thing I hate replacing on my runner myself) He helped me order the rear outlet I broke as well. He was very kind and was very efficient.
It is people like you three that give Rodland service and parts an excellent experience in my book.
My parents bought a Mercedes SUV from Toyota of... - Concerned consumer
My parents bought a Mercedes SUV from Toyota of Tri-Cities and had nothing but good things to say about them after the initial purchase. Come to find out.....
Within the first 2 months this car had the only key stop responding to the the vehicle and it had to be towed. My parents were under the impression that they purchased a "Covers All" type of warranty and everything would be taken care of by Toyota in Kennewick. WRONG!! Out of Pocket cost for the Tow to McCurley Mercedes to have a new key programmed to the vehicle(Also out of pocket expense to McCurley for the key and programming). Not to mention the fact they did not have car for three weeks and they would not rent them a car. What happened to the warranty that was purchased, Toyota??? They were led to believe they had a warranty that covered most of the vehicle at a zero deductible. They find out after paperwork has been signed and their first problem occurs that they've got a $250 deductible and Toyota doesn't have the ability to work on the Mercedes because of its proprietary parts. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF SELLING THEM A WARRANTY TO A VEHICLE THAT CLAIM YOU DONT HAVE THE ABILITY TO REPAIR!!
2ND problem happens a couple of weeks after the key mishap. Check engine light comes on! Toyota once again, claims they can't scan the CEL or repair the vehicle and it'll have to be taken care of at McCurley Mercedes! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Your saying your repair shop does not own an OBD-II scanner that has been in EVERY VEHICLE SINCE THE 90's! I SCANNED THE MERCEDES WITH A GENERIC OBD-II SCANNER THAT WAS PURCHASED FROM AMAZON! Turns out the secondary air flow is low and the fan/relay/fuse will need replaced. A small plastic fan at the front of the engine and on top of the engine. Easiest most accessible part on the entire vehicle and Toyota doesn't have the ability to fix this???????xxx, are these people talking about??
Long story short : Toyota dealership looks like a top notch facility from the outside and state-of-the-art interior but they are all full of the same ol" SHADY AF finance people that provide a false sense of security. Service manager is absolutely incompetent and does not seem qualified to be in that position and I would question whether they even have legit ASE certified technicians.
Very disappointed in this dealership and most of the people that work there. Hard to find a dealership that has decent morals and Toyota of Tri-Cities, sure as xxxx doesn't have any class or have your best interest in mind. they'll say whatever they can to get your signature on that dotted line then you can suffer the consequences on your own ZERO SUPPORT AFTER SALE OF VEHICLE!!

Service at Walmart is better. Brought my car in for an oil change, took over 2 hours to complete. Service advisor didn’t even go over the maintenance/service sheet after the car was done. The car wash was mediocre, my 9 year son washes car better. Don’t expect much here, sadly you should double-check their work before you leave.

Last week, 3/4/21, I had an occasion to work with McCord's Vancouver Toyota Customer Service Representative, Lynn Quiding. I had an issue with a dent in a running board that appeared to happen while my 4 Runner was being serviced.
I feel compelled to report what a pleasure it was to work with Lynn. She politely listened to my issue, immediately looked into it, and within one and one half business days came back to me with a very satisfactory solution. She was polite, responsive, and extremely efficient. This dent was corrected within another two business days due to her persistence and attention to the issue.
Vancouver Toyota is very fortunate to have such a stellar employee, along with many others who helped solve this issue. Thanks to Lynn Quiding, you have a very satisfied customer. I do a fair amount of business with Vancouver Toyota, and will continue to do so, and more, in the future knowing that the quality of their customer service is as good, if not better, than the high quality of Toyota products.

Well, to add to my review from about a week ago. SO...I took my new (used) truck back to the dealer so that they could show me this intuitive brake controller. CARMEN states "you just plug in the trailer and the truck knows it's there and knows when to apply the brakes to the trailer" Sorry CARMEN you obviously have NEVER towed a trailer or probably any vehicle at that.
After a 2 hour fight with a manager and another sales person/manager that agreed with her I was able to get an after market trailer brake put in my truck. Jeffery (the service manager that I was GOING to give him a shout out too but he has not followed up as he said he would) ANYWAY....he did AGREE with me that there was no trailer brake what so ever on this truck. We also had a great discussion about the safety issues of this. My trailer is only about 3600 pounds but can you imagine what may have happened to a nice family with their new 6800 pound trailer that they have never driven before coming down a mountain pass needing to stop in an emergency....CARMEN this could be you with your family trusting someone like you and your whole family dead because they trusted the salesperson knew what they were talking about. That could be a really bad outcome and a law suite if you ask me!! AND she had at least two others agreeing with her!!
Anyhow....My other request was follow-up on the Satellite radio and my second key...nothing!! (Jeffery in service)
AND...no phone calls from anyone for an apology, "you were right"....NOTHING!!
Still angry and do not recommend this place at all.

My car came back, pulling to the right, an odometer number pushed in, and an oil leak.
They didn't have the records there, and I'm lucky I kept hard copies over the years. They said I needed all the things they had already done, (but had no record of it). Nice people but all dishonest.

Had an accident and took my Toyota Camry Hybrid there for repairs. They took an advice from my AAA tow driver to fix only the physical damage they can physically see on the car (the oil pan), WITHOUT doing any diagnostic tests to know the full extent of the damage. I left thinking my vehicle was fixed. I was charged $857.00 (keep in mind the part they replaced costs only $206.00). After a week later, my vehicle started making noises from the same xxxx accident. I took it there and they charged me $150 (rising to $172) before they can touch my car to do any diagnostics. Yet they wrote only what I reported to them (of the noise coming from the car) on the paper and couldn't diagnose the problem my car has.
Average to Below Average - ed
I just moved to Spokane from another community with a 2019 Camry needing its 5,000 mile check up. I was given conflicting information by different representatives, I was told to come in early to get out early. I didn't get out until after they closed to the public. When I got my car back the passenger seat was rolled as far back as it can go, the back so set back as far as it can go, the head rest was repositioned to serve as a pillow, and the air conditioner was cranked all the way up and set at the LO setting. It was like getting into a meat locker and my gas tank, which I just filled, was down nearly a quarter of a tank. A very bad experience.
Very friendly - Izzyzhi
I gave them a “good” rating because overall they were very friendly, had our best interest In mind and made sure we left the lot with exactly what we wanted at the best price possible. But the only thing was that was we had to wait and sit for hours because their computer weren’t putting in the right information. Other than that amazing!
Do NOT take your vehicle here for service work! - KellyMFenimore
Would give them a zero if I could!
Worst service EVER! My insurance company finally authorized me to take my car to Kuni to be fixed where they found $4k worth of damage Hannah Kia service department either missed completely or screwed up. This was authorized because Dick Hannah employees completely stopped returning my phone calls.
Car is AWD, they put a wrong sized tire on it. Tried to get me to buy new front brakes, car doesn't need them. Installed the wrong headlight and forgot to replace the computer part. But the worst part was that they completely missed the broken wheel bearing they let me drive off with; Hannah told me it was "a broken pin" in my front brake. This has been going on since mid of April 2018, and not once have they apologized to me for messing up. After Kuni fixed my car, I was forced to take it back to Hannah to have the front bumper re-installed because the Kuni technician was unable to hang it correctly due to damage caused by Hannah from hanging the bumper so poorly. Hannah "Jimmy rigged" the bumper, so it continues to not be aligned, and, had the audacity to return my clean car to me dirty (inside and out).
Worst customer service experience ever! This was an insurance claim due to the car being stolen and damaged. Avoid Tim in the collision center and Devon at the Kia Service Department as it was just lie after lie in combination with COMPLETE negligence, especially avoid if you're a female! Honestly, I felt as though no one at Hannah took my concerns seriously, and because I refused to give up, I felt like the "nagging wife" calling repeatedly to beg (nag) them to JUST DO THEIR JOB! It was RIDICULOUS!
