Took my car in for service. - jmridgway

Took my car in for service. The service was excellent and the service person was knowledgeable and polite. The service advisor was Andrew Spine.

You don't want my feedback. - tdnewman

You don't want my feedback. It is a long story without the best of endings.

Their service was very very good and convenient I would - Cdollison

Their service was very very good and convenient I would recommend them to anyone Thanks

Customer service was wonderful I’m still having trouble - Reececheryl

Customer service was wonderful I’m still having trouble with the vibration which was one of the issues I brought it in for

Very poor service. - JAT

Very poor service. I do not trust the maintenance department or their advisors, especially Austin Kuhn. I had to bring my car back three times for the same issue, and the quality of the work was still poor. Even more concerning, they claimed they changed the oil when it had not been changed. After that experience, I would not even trust them with a basic oil change. The advisors were dishonest with me about what services had been completed, and I have completely lost confidence in this maintenance department. I live only 3 miles away, but I would rather drive almost 40 miles to Morgantown to have my car serviced than come back here. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for maintenance or service.

Awful and would not recommend. - Chris

Awful and would not recommend. The service department does not want to fix anything when it is still under warranty. They say nothing is wrong even though the car is shaking when driving and the transmission is slipping. They want to wait until it is no longer under warranty and I have to pay everything myself to fix. Got their licenses from a cracker jack box. Do not go there.

Jason was a great salesman. - Pokey

Jason was a great salesman. He treated me really good. But that is where the good stopped. They sold me a $90 thousand dolllar 2023 Yukon that had the bad 6.2 engine. I traded for a ‘$46000 dollar ‘26 Terrain, after driving it 100 miles, it wobbled so bad it was hard to keep in your lane. They put axles on it and said it was fixed. It was not fixed. Jason Moses or The GM had NO REMORSE at all for selling me two bad GMC’s they did not care that I lost $22,000 with them in 18 months time. They did nothing to help me heal up from my loss. I would NOT recommend them at all.

Working with Dave, Riley and Jordan was an excellent - Renee

Working with Dave, Riley and Jordan was an excellent experience. All the staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Each person provided attention to my specific company vehicle needs and they went out of their way to find the perfect work truck for my company. The financing and paperwork component of the experience with quick and easy and all the paperwork was ready for me when I arrived to pick up the truck. They even offered to deliver the truck to me. I had a great experience and I am grateful to the Thornhill team!

I would run from this dealership I have seen used fly by - Ad4m

I would run from this dealership I have seen used fly by night car business run better. Very disappointed and the sad part is they started out with so much good will by saving a vehicle for me to buy. What happened sleezy car tactics by josh. When I found evidence of mice droppings in a older Toyota vehicle while I was doing my due diligence he wasn't doing his. I completely inspected the vehicle in the entire time all I got to hear from the background was how great of a vehicle it is and how fast it will sell.. no concern for me or my buying experience. It was actually pretty bad and felt comical it was repeated almost 20 times almost every couple minutes. The GM did end up apologizing to me about it and told me that they actually found it when they were taking it in and did a complete inspection of it. To make sure that no wires were chewed up and it's like it would have been nice if my car salesman would have found out that information. Instead of telling me how great of a deal it was. I ended up letting it go and that should have been that. I bought the vehicle cash. Should be a easy deal right. Right...? Not at weimer lol. Go through finalize everything with the finance guy David which was great he really was the best person I delt with, promote the man. So you're probably thinking that everything is done. There's nothing left to review. Except for one key detail where's my title where's my tags... Oh that's right I bought it in May and just got my tags in August. Their story in scapegoat was the title person that they just fired. Leaving at all on there a new one Heather to clean up. I contacted her end of june had to follow up a few times then in July as a reminder my temp tags will expire in few weeks then the week of. The week of I spoke to her, I spoke to David, I spoke to Gavin, I spoke to matt. Gavin insured me that he would take care of it. That they would take care of it. Heather ended up going on a personal day Tuesday and did not communicate anything she was working on that Monday. I think it was probably around Wednesday or Thursday when they finally filed for my temporary extension. Which expired Friday. I was looking for proof so if I got stopped. Which now thanks to flock and auto license plate readers your car becomes a beacon that your tags are expired. I explained to Gavin Wednesday that I was concerned because I was looking to take the vehicle away on vacation that Saturday he assured me that he would get me the proof I need Saturday morning and would call me. Guess who never got called guess who never got that proof guess who heard from them that Monday. As you can imagine Monday is a far cry from Saturday morning. I even reached out Saturday mid morning and was insured I would get it shortly... No it was all lies and false promises. Luckily I ended up having another vehicle that I was able to take without any issues. Avoid this place none of them know how to communicate none of them know how to take accountability or responsibility for anything. If you're an employee they're going to use you as an escape goat.

Very slow response on communication when I first - Steve

Very slow response on communication when I first contacted them. Finally got to test drive the vehicle that I was interested in and requested price then they give a cost more than it was advertise for so there was no sale today
