Brandon Boyes went above and beyond to provide great customer service. I had a negative experience with Chevrolet's Roadside Assistance program and Brandon helped by dispatching a local tow company and repairing the vehicle in the same day. He included a few extra complimentary services to compensate for the unexpected delays with Chevy's Roadside Assistance program and GM's escalation process. He turned a very negative situation into a very positive situation that resulted in a positive outcome.

I bought a car at Premier in Granville, WV. I was in an accident and had the car repaired at a local body shop. unfortunately there was an electronic issue after and called Premier to get it repaired, I was told by Premier to return it to the body shop.
A friend Suggest I contact Astro @ Exit 132 Buick GMC, I did and they made an appointment for me within the next couple of days, they realized it could be a safety issue. they evaluated the car, called me at work and advised of the issue and order the part immediately. Looked all over for the vehicle I wanted. Located one at this dealer. Completed online purchase and submitted. Within hours of my submission the whole process was complete, I live 3 hours from the dealership! Russell Juba Jr. handled the entire virtual sale process and he was absolutely wonderful to work with! He had my vehicle delivered to me the next day, remember I am 3 hours from the dealership! The delivery staff was also great to work with. This place goes out of its way to treat you well. Highly recommend Russell and his team!

I don't know where to start. This was my 18th car that I've purchased in my life and this was BY FAR the best buying experience EVER. Josh Staggs was my salesman and he was amazing and made everything seamless. I live in TN, so they had to deliver it to me, so I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Joe and his Wife Debbie. They are 2 wonderful people and it was so nice meeting them.... Needless to say, I have found my dealership for life. Thanks guys!!!!

Said they were giving me payoff for my trade, but when I asked for the breakdown of the numbers I found out they were rolling over negative equity which I said specifically that was a deal breaker for me before even running the numbers and didn’t want to tell me. Also ran my credit at least 6 times when I said to only run it once because I was already approved with 1 lender and I didn’t want several inquiries. Now I have to start all over because they are untrustworthy.
August 7 2020. I'm headed from Ohio to North Carolina for... - krb4385
August 7 2020. I'm headed from Ohio to North Carolina for my grandmothers funeral. I'm in my 2018 Buick enclave which I purchased brand new and only had 24K miles on the vehicle. My car breaks down about 25 miles from Princeton, WV. Buick roadside service has the car towed to Ramey Princeton Chevrolet for warranty repair. I called Ramey before my car was towed and ask about a loaner car or how that works because I'm stranded with my children in the height of covid and trying to get to my grandmother's funeral on time. Ramey tells me they do not have loaners so I would have to get a rental. They did not tell me that they will arraign for a rental. So I get a rental and then go to the dealership for my bags so I can get back on the road after this 3 hour delay. When I get to the dealer they tell me they are closed on the weekends and the soonest they can look at the car is Monday (they got the car by tow around noon on Friday) I ask about my bumper to bumper warranty and ask about being reimbursed for the rental. At that point they do call the rental company and have the charges switched to them. I don't hear back from Ramey by Monday afternoon so I call them they tell me they only have one lift and have a car on it so by Tuesday afternoon they should have the car ready or have an answer about what is wrong with the car. The car didn't even get looked at until Wednesday afternoon. After several calls getting GM involved and being stranded over a week out of town, myself and my children missing work, living at a hotel, eating out every meal and hearing everyday that the car would be available tomorrow and that not happening, I told them I have to go back home to Ohio I can't wait any longer.. Long story short my car broke down on 8/7/2020 Ramey did not have the car fixed and returned to me until 08/24/2020. Buick told me Ramey would be sending me a check for my damages (hotel fees, food etc) and after several months without being refunded Buick tells me Ramey won't reimburse me because I took the rental back to Ohio... GM disagreed with Ramey's decision and said that they would reimburse me (6 month later now and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed by Buick) but for Ramey not to put importance on my vehicle repair, drag me along for a week away from home to then keep my car another 10 days after I finally get home and not want to reimburse me because I didn't stay stranded for 3 weeks while they did a warranty repair shows this place is not on the up and up and GM doesn't even back their practices and how they do business. Because of the service I received at Ramey even my dad's 30 years of working in a GM plant and the discount I receive on GM vehicles wasn't enough for me to stay with the brand. Shame on you Ramey Princeton Chevrolet.

I was in the market to purchase a new truck in October 2020. I used KBB to check the trade-in value of my current vehicle, and evidently Thornhill bought my information. Since then, they have repeatedly sent emails despite being asked to stop, ignored my requests to be placed on their Do Not Contact lists. I have tried using their "unsubscribe" link, but still the emails come. Do not use/visit/shop there unless you want to be constantly hounded.
