I use a van with a wheel -chair lift and recently realized that it was past time to get a slightly newer van. The weather was bad and I was hesitant to search for one because I realized that my chair would not be good to shop in the snow and others would have to do the actual selection with me sitting in the van that I owned and the sales person, as well as my family and friends , being outside in the cold. I phoned a number of dealers and found something that I might like if we could agree on a number of things. . I knew that it would be difficult to find someone who would work with me in the cold and snow. Everyone that I met at Larry Simmons was very nice and helpful but Charles Amore was the sales person that I worked with . He want above and beyond anything that I expected. Words can not express my thanks for his uncomplaining help. I know that he spent time working with me while "freezing ". Both were satisfied when it came time to finalize the transaction, and of course I had to get out to sign papers. Instead of using my electric chair, my push one was utilized. Who pushed in the slush, Charlie of course. His manager also had a turn at it . Anyway I would highly recommend this dealership and certainly Charlie amore Joan Pyles Parkersburg , W V

I took my 2013 Accord in for a battery sensor recall installation. The staff handled it in a very professional manner. The waiting room/customer lounge is quite comfortable and offers complimentary coffee and snacks and it's nice to inspect the new vehicles on the sales floor.

Check your vehicle thoroughly before buying from them!! You'll have nothing but issues & they won't be willing to help! Most of them will be leaking oil.

I purchased a car back in June 2015 without any issues. Left a happy customer, until I got my credit report. They had ran my credit through 4 banks without my permission. I have called the sales manager and the owner. The sales manger told me he would call back with a plan of action and that was two weeks ago. I've left messages for the owner as well and have yet to get a call back.
