Very efficiently run Honda service department. They take you in at your scheduled appointment time and keep you informed on the status of the work being performed.
Our current Odyssey is the third one we’ve purchased from this dealership (we trade in fairly often to take advantage of the new features) and with all vehicles, we’ve used the dealership’s service department for any service related issues with the vehicles (typically maintenance related.) They offer very competitive pricing which makes it a “no brainer” to use them.

Check your vehicle thoroughly before buying from them!! You'll have nothing but issues & they won't be willing to help! Most of them will be leaking oil.

I purchased a car back in June 2015 without any issues. Left a happy customer, until I got my credit report. They had ran my credit through 4 banks without my permission. I have called the sales manager and the owner. The sales manger told me he would call back with a plan of action and that was two weeks ago. I've left messages for the owner as well and have yet to get a call back.
