I have been a customer of Mercedes Benz for a long time. Steve Putterman is quite an asset to your service department. Thanks Steve for your professionalism.
Great experience - psaidat
Bought a certified pre-owned vehicle today from Mercedes Benz of Elmbrook. In addition to absolutely loving the vehicle, the dealership was excellent as well .Hands down the quickest vehicle purchase I have ever been involved in. The salesman Dennis Hackney was very professional and knowledgable about the vehicles. A great guy to work with. Casey Welter who handled the finance portion was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. She explained all of the different warranty and service options and secured a great loan. I would highly recommend the dealership.
NEVER AGAIN - MM
We purchased a certified used 2012 Audi Q5 from Zimbrick a few years ago and the car turned out to be a real lemon. First, right after the warranty expired, the turbocharger needed to be replaced. To be fair to Zimbrick, they agreed to defray some of the cost of the replacement. Then the car started using oil, but we were told that this was normal and that we could get it topped off at Zimbrick. While this is might be ok if we were always in proximity to the dealership, what were we supposed to do if we were out of town--which happened to us. It is certainly not a solution to the problem. On average, we used about a quart every 1,000 miles. I do not think this is "normal." The final straw happened when I asked about rectifying the problem and was told I could get my pistons replaced at a cost of $7,000 to me, which MIGHT solve the problem.. So the bottom line is that the only thing Zimbrick would do to stand behind the car they sold me was to occasionally (and more frequently) give me a little oil. We promptly got rid of the car and vowed to NEVER buy another Audi and NEVER set foot in another Zimbrick dealership of any kind.
No communication! - BMW buyer
I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. You would think when you were a car dealer, with a goal of selling cars, they would actually respond to calls and emails. When buying a bmw, you expect the same high end experience like the high end car they sell. Trust me, go elsewhere!
