Poor customer service - Convertible gal
My first poor experience was when getting my spare tire fixed. They called when it was ready so I went to pick it up. I got there, and it no one was available to help me with it! The young girl at the reception desk had to help me get it in my trunk!
Twice have given my part away to someone else before my scheduled appointment to replace an airbag due to a recall! After the first time, I was supposedly put on a waiting list. After not hearing from them for two months, I called and they had the parts, just never bothered to call! I made a second appointment, and the same thing happened. I got a call the day of the appointment that they no longer had the part. I’m supposedly on a wait list again. Ridiculous! They are the only service dealer in the area so they can get away with this.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2014 e350. I've had it for about 18 months.
In that time frame, I've taken the vehicle in for service three times. Every time I would go in for service,
I had to beg and plead and fight with them that I had a 2-year maintenance program INCLUDED! Each time they said "no, sorry" , the original owner only has that option, or, we'll do it for you "THIS TIME". Each time I went in, they would tell me this.
Well last week their Finance Manager, found my original paperwork, were it states "2 YR MAINTENANCE INCLUDED!!!" She said it's "internal" paperwork, and could not give me a copy. Wow!
Then when I came to pick up my car, it took them 30 minutes to find my keys.

I believe consumers should know the stress that I had to go threw since I bought my Mercedes-benz gla 45 approximately 7 months ago. I've taken the vehicle in multiple times for misc. issues and they never could fix my vehicle . Till this day the vehicle still has on going issues with multiple codes showing up. The service manager was the worst to deal with always blaming me for causing the issues. He went as far as lying to Mercedes and having my warranty revoked. I wish I could attach the multiple repair orders from this dealer to show the proof. I took my vehicle to another Mercedes dealer and they found the problem to be from a situation they created and they don't own up to the problem. GREAT customer service.....Please proceed with caution if you choose to buy from this dealer...
No communication! - BMW buyer
I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. You would think when you were a car dealer, with a goal of selling cars, they would actually respond to calls and emails. When buying a bmw, you expect the same high end experience like the high end car they sell. Trust me, go elsewhere!
