Dominick at the West Chester, PA location was very - Hewitt3877

Dominick at the West Chester, PA location was very helpful from start to finish of dropping off my vehicle for service to pricing out new tire options and explaining everything thoroughly. The Service Department is very clean and well-maintained and set up for people that need to wait for Service to be completed. Highly recommend this dealership for servicing your Ford vehicle!

Not a very good dealership. - nana20131974

Not a very good dealership. Will do whatever it takes to make money from you even if it means screwing you and putting you so upside down you can do nothing. Just beware and do your homework. My suggestion is go elsewhere. Promised to call to see what could be done and lied to because they never callled

The sales process was wonderful and painless. - M&T

The sales process was wonderful and painless. Quick and easy. Thats where the good ends. On my drive home from buying the car I realized my headlights were not aligned, and my oil change was 250 miles over the sticker. Called immediately and they dont have a spare moment to fix the issues that were already on it when i bought it until a couple weeks later. Haven’t even made a payment on my car yet and the front wheel has started making a terrible squealing noise. The service department has refused to take a look at it for another few weeks. As a person who just spent $20,000 it would be nice to see the dealership service department jumping at the chance to fix a problem that was already there before the vehicle was sold. Instead i was told “service doesnt sell the cars” so its not their problem and i can wait. Thank you to Crystal in the service department for doing the bare minimum and not trying to make a wrong right.

Beshore & Koller is a great place to buy a Ford. - jeffreysinclair2159

Beshore & Koller is a great place to buy a Ford. I’ve been driving FORD’S for 53 years used several dealerships in the York PA area. This dealership is one of the BEST I found their service department GREAT, friendly and very knowledgeable the PARTS DEPARTMENT has all factory FORD parts and if it’s not in stock they will have it by noon, or the next day if it is available the sales department is fair and professional the mechanics factory trained experts what a great place to buy a Ford. when you can have someone to come to any location, your home or your work site, pick up your car take it back to the dealership. Do the service work and bring it back to you is a great thing. This is the best FORD dealership I’ve ever dealt with.( A very satisfied customer.) Jeff Sinclair

I am talking specifically about their diesel repair shop. - Tetelestai

I am talking specifically about their diesel repair shop. I have a 2006 f250 6.0. My HPOP went out and I had them fix it. Their repair lasted a couple months until the brand new stand pipe started leaking due to a Crack from being over torqued. The truck had to be towed. The dealership found the cracked stand pipe, a nicked O- ring pn an injector dumping fuel into the crankcase and the number 4 injector totally failed (they replaced all of the injectors, the HPOP, the stand pipes and dummy plugs and the IPR. Costing $5000). The truck was down for 3 months while they hunted down all the problems caused by their faulty work. Then, over the past few months, I had the exhaust Y pipe to the turbo start leaking. Didn't think much of it until I started working on it. It turns out they didn't torque the turbo stand correctly so it started moving. The movement is what caused the Y pipe to go bad. Not I'm replacing the head gaskets. I don't think thays their fault, but they didn't torque the intake manifold correctly, so it's loose. They also didn't put the egr cooler support boot is, so that stated leaking as well. I also found many other bolts not torqued to specification. Some loose, some over torqued. This service center is a joke... and a bad one at that. If you value your time, money and your truck, stay far far away from this shop.

Had a 2008 Avalanche ltz I had repairs done on. They never replaced everything that was broken. They claimed when I took it back it broke after they fixed??? Wth. I bought a 2011 Subaru wrx that the paint started pealing off a month after I bought it. They wouldn't touch it. 3 months of complaining they they had the Subaru rep look at and he agreed to have it painting. Took them 7 months to finally get it it. By then the metal was rusting. They just painted over it and must of clear coated the car out side. Stones all thew the clear coat. Traded car2 days after I got it back. Will NEVER go to them for anything and will turn as many people away if I can help it. Total waste of time and money.

Not worth my time writing anything about this dealership. - bunseygurl1

Not worth my time writing anything about this dealership. Don't go there, stay away from there.

They installed a defective part in my wife's car that had - WHolberg

They installed a defective part in my wife's car that had to be replaced the next day at another Ford dealer. Despite being provided the invoices for both replacements, they refuse to reimburse for the part or even return a phone call or email. Once you leave their lot, you are on your own.

The days of honest dealerships are apparently getting - posservice

The days of honest dealerships are apparently getting hard to find. This dealership literally advertised the price of a F350 for one price on Facebook and then another price on their website. In the middle of discussing the deal they raised the price on their website and Facebook by 6K dollars and this was almost 8K above sticker price when it was new! Watch these guys, they do not represent the Crivelli name

One star is being generous. - Ricoricciardi10

One star is being generous. Level of incompetence is disturbing. They replaced a filter on my transmission ($1500), put it in backwards, had to redo it. I was without vehicle for a week. Heard scraping sound while driving. They said they fixed it. It was still there. Took it in again, they found broken spring in rear. Waited 4 days for part, it was the wrong one. 5 days later and I’m still waiting.

Made an appointment to have my brakes fixed under - ronreyer40

Made an appointment to have my brakes fixed under warranty two weeks ago. Drove 30 miles today only to have them tell me that they can't fix them because Ford won't authorize.it. First of all Brian didn't have the courtesy to call and tell me that before I made the trip for nothing. Secondly my truck is a 2021 with 6500 miles on it. I have purchased 6 brand new ford's from them over the years. How do you think they will treat a new customer? You can do better, much better!
