Everyone that we had met or worked was very friendly and professional. Matt our salesman was great. He asked about what type of vehicle that we were interested in and if there were any particular features that were a must. He went through the current inventory on the lot and brought up a truck that was very close to what we were looking for. We then took it out for a test drive. He answered all our questions. We then crunched the numbers, added the cost of a few extras that we needed & the deal was basically done. When we picked it up later to close the deal, Matt wasn’t available that day due to paternity leave, the people that stepped in to complete the deal were great. Each person did their job in a polite, friendly, & professional way. We are really happy that we drove all the way up to Glens Falls to purchase the truck we were hoping to find. I've heard and read various reviews about Miller Auto and I would have to say my experience so far has been good. I was having issues with my old car (it was pretty much a lemon) and I told them there was only so much I could afford. They worked with me to find a newer, reliable car with monthly payments in the range I had set for them. I also appreciated the candor of the salesmen when it came to the price of my new car and what I would have to pay monthly. The process was done in a timely manner and I was so glad that they willingly took my old car as a trade in. The salesmen were friendly, helpful, and stayed after hours to ensure I had a car to get home with. All in all, I've had a better experience with Miller Auto than other car dealerships and would recommend it to anyone looking for their next car.

I brought my car back 4 times for the same thing they said nothing was wrong . They said they changed the brakes .they did not fix them . My tires were bad I bought the car from them three day prior my car was bouncing and pulling to the right . My rear tire blew and that how I knew what my problem was service dept has no clue what they are doing . The man "vinny" don't trust him . They say a warranty is included and when all said is done and papers are signed no warranty . They are scammers I wonder if that's why they had to leave carriage traders in south glens falls
