Another Amazing Experience with George! - Romanokatie711

Another Amazing Experience with George! This was our second time purchasing a car with George, and once again, he made the entire experience exceptional! From start to finish, George was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely easy to work with. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s not often you find someone you can truly trust when purchasing a car, which is why we came back to George for our second round of cars says it all! He goes above and beyond to make the process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend George to anyone looking for a new vehicle. We will absolutely be back again in the future! Thank you, George, for another fantastic car-buying Romano Family

This experience exceeded every single expectation. - AngiD

This experience exceeded every single expectation. I am beyond satisfied with every aspect of my purchase. My salesman Vinny treated me like family. The entire experience was seamless. Only regret not finding the dealership sooner, I had been to most dealerships in NJ, could have saved myself so much time and stress. Do yourself the favor of visiting the Boonton location. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to everyone at the dealership who helped make this what a car purchase should be, stress free and pleasant. I absolutely LOVE my Encore!!!

I had the worst experience with this dealership in many - Jay

I had the worst experience with this dealership in many ways. I traded in my vehicle which had a payoff amount and after 18 days they still have not paid it off and I got charged another payment. In addition the vehicle came with tire damage and chipped paint which was all agreed-upon and has yet to be resolved 30 days later. Not one call and I’ve called and have been promised that someone will get back to me. The temporary plate that they gave me expired on September 25th and I’ve placed numerous calls -three to be exact including one today October 3, 2026 to the dealership direct because the Anthony the Sales Manager has only promised me resolve but still has not delivered. I just placed the call to the Gen Manager who wasn’t available and I expressed all of the disappointments and we’ll see if I get a phone call back

Ian Bates and Tyler Mundy were excellent to work with! - Sangadzhi Badmaev

Ian Bates and Tyler Mundy were excellent to work with! I purchased a 2026 GMC Yukon XL, and they made the entire experience incredibly easy. I first contacted Ian by message, and within just a few hours everything was worked out. Both Ian and Tyler were responsive, professional, friendly, and very efficient. There was no back-and-forth or unnecessary hassle. When I arrived at Royal to pick up the Yukon XL, the vehicle was already waiting for me and completely ready. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and treated me very well. I had contacted other dealerships in NYC and New York State before Royal, and the difference in customer service was huge. Ian and Tyler showed me how a dealership should treat a customer. Great team, great dealership, and a great buying experience. I would definitely work with Ian and Tyler again!

I want to share my sincere gratitude with the entire - Pete

I want to share my sincere gratitude with the entire service team at Abeloff GMC for the outstanding experience they provided. While I was in the middle of a road trip, I experienced a component failure on my truck. Despite already having a busy service schedule, the team understood my situation, squeezed me into their schedule, and got my truck repaired, roadworthy, and safe for the remainder of my journey home. That level of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, and I truly can't thank them enough. Astian Harrington went above and beyond before I even arrived, making sure the necessary parts were in stock so I wouldn't make the detour to the dealership only to find out they couldn't help me. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. As soon as I pulled in, Service Managers Jenny Witmer and Chris Sarkisian greeted me and were already familiar with my situation. They had clearly communicated with one another beforehand, making the entire check-in process quick, seamless, and stress-free. Anthony Shea, the service technician, did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue and replacing the failed component. He treated my truck with exceptional care throughout the repair. One detail that really stood out to me was that, for the first time I've ever experienced at a repair shop, I got my truck back without greasy fingerprints all over the steering wheel or interior. It was obvious he took the time to wear gloves and respect the finished surfaces of the vehicle. That attention to detail speaks volumes about the pride he takes in his work. Overall, this was an exceptional service experience from start to finish. Every member of the team was professional, compassionate, and committed to getting me safely back on the road. If I ever find myself in the area again and need service, Abeloff GMC will be my first stop. I highly recommend this dealership and its service department to anyone looking for knowledgeable people who genuinely care about their customers.
