The staff are friendly and helpful. However, it seems that service appointments are overbooked and the wait time is too long. I waited for 2.5 hours in April for an oil change. I was instructed to leave the car for a service update recently and it took 3 hours to be ready.

Customer service is the worst. They do not return phone calls, or e mail. GENNIS bought my car back( gv70 sports prestige) lemon law and I still haven't received 10,000 in warranty refunds and the loaner car got a cracked passenger window. I didn't notice it when I returned the car. They took 560$ instead of telling me about it and using my 0 deductible auto insurance. travlers insurance has been calling and emailing since June but the dealership will not respond to them. I have to drive there because they will NOT answer my phone call or emails
