I absolutely love my Q3. My service appointment on 8/22 was for annual inspection and 40,000 mile service. Samantha was awesome!!! Our service tech also was thorough and detailed. The loaner program is wonderful (altho my Q5 loaner was very, very dirty. That surprised me!)
