Generally had a very good experience with buying my new Audi. Salesman was helpful and nice to work with. My only complaint was that the sales manager tried to make it seem like I was getting a deal by buying a pre-paid service contract. They were both very helpful when I picked up the car for "delivery".

Audi Pittsburgh is one of the best dealerships I have ever used, the service dept and especially David Smith is TOP notch. Easy to book appt. Car repairs completed to the initial estimate and completed on time. No games, no xx. They always give me exactly what they say they are going to do. It is rare when you find a dealership service dept this good but honestly all the Cochran dealerships are the same… great.

Very disappointing place. They replaced my rotors and brakes 2 years ago, and said they needed replacement again? My car is stored in a garage and generally, my brakes never needed replacement for 60000 or more miles. Costly need and I honestly do not trust if this job was done properly 2 years ago. I also waited 1 hour for them to even look at my car, as I waited over 2 hours, as a full room of customers came and went, as I was the last one there. And… I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time… even 15 min prior. Problems discussed with them and zero comments back.
