This is the 6th vehicle I have purchased from Ed Shults and will buy another from them in the future. They are wonderful to work with and I have never had a problem with them. I would recommend them to anyone who feels they need to go any where else.

Worst service experience ever. Will never go back. I’ll take the $300 dollar labor cost as a loss. Just not worth the aggravation to walk in there and deal with them. I didn’t realize my limited warranty was expired, kind of my fault, but I also have an extended warranty that covers everything. They said they couldn’t find it. When I get home I decide to call another dealer and it’s weird they were able to find it. So I’ll take the 2 hour labor cost to find a bad sensor of using a multimeter as a loss. Two hours to check for a bad rear bumper sensor. Which by the way is covered by the warranty.

Needed a pickup Jason helped me out was pleasant and help full he didn't realize the truck I purchased had issues! I guess when it went through the shop for inspection they just didn't check it out ! If you buy a preowned watchout you may have just bought a money pit and if you know anything about mechanics keep your mouth shut you will be asked to leave my advice if you plan to buy from this dealership take the car or truck to a trusted mechanic for a once over thought those days were over but I bought a money pit today I was told they would rather I didn't come back !! no problem !!!

I was in the market to lease a jeep renegade and I had been to a couple dealerships and none were willing to work with me and get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted and give me a fair deal on my trade. After a frustrating day I decided to stop here last since it was near home and Josh went above and beyond. Sat right down with me to discuss what I wanted and features I wanted in the vehicle and what color I would like and then we talked numbers. He went back and forth between me and his boss a couple times but at the end of the day they gave me almost four thousand dollars over book value for my car to give me enough equity in my trade to put my payments where I wanted them. After that Josh bought dinner for my wife and I because it had gotten late. . He also paid for me to get my jeep detailed at the location of my choosing and checked back with me to make sure I was happy. I can't say enough good things about the team at Bradford Dodge, Jeep and Ram.... Exemplary service all around. Thank you so much.

BEEARE! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!. After purchasing a brand new dodge 3500 diesel pickup, a recall came out and a 1.6 billion dollar lawsuit from the EPA-that these vehicles were shipped without a particulate matter sensor system. The vehicle started throwing codes at 5000 miles. Once the recall was completed, the vehicle continued to throw codes 2459 nonstop and then go into limp mode ( highly unsafe) After seven visits to the dealershi within 3 months and , them changing the same sensor and filters, the problem continued. After complaining, the technician stripped the cap to the fuel filters and a temporary one had to be placed in order to get it back to the dealership. The technician then took a picture and sent it to star who is their advisor and said it voids the warranty. Now they are no longer covering the same problem since the beginning. Of course they recommend changing the whole fuel system ( now not covered ) That could cost over $25,000. Do not purchase this make or model. Not Only can the dealership not figure out the problem, but takes it out on the customer who has to continue to bring it back week after week after week. The most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. 0 stars and highly NOT RECOMMENDED dealership. Save yourself the headache at this dealership and go elsewhere!!!
