Dealer registered OnStar and Sirius XM to my husband who was not the owner of the car. Took 4 phone calls to straighten out the mess. Without ever asking who was going to own the car, all paperwork was prepared in my husband's name, some of which was able to be fixed in the hour before the car was delivered. Makes me wonder what era these people are living in.

Roberts Auto Mall misrepresented the vehicle they advertised, stating it had equipment it did not and not performing required scheduled maintenance prior to offering the vehicle for sale. They also undervalued my trade by 20%+ (per 3 independent sites — KBB, NADA, and Edmunds). In fact, they offered below wholesale value for my trade. When both of these less-than-honest polices were brought to their attention, they refused to acknowledge them or adjust their vehicle price, even when I offered to meet them halfway. In short, Roberts Auto Mall was imposible to deal with, treated me like a "mark", and did nothing to earn my business. If this is how they behave prior to putting pen to paper, I shudder to think what the process must be like inside the sales/finance office. Roberts Auto Mall acts as if they don't want your business, and thus I would advise against giving it to them.
