I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a - Donaldames21

I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a dealership. if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Sit back. This is a long nightmare of a story. I visited this location to test drive a “brand new” 2026 Ford Mustang Ecoboost VIN: 1FA6P8TH7T5100941 on 8/5. Salesman Abu Jatta was the individual that I was in contact with to schedule an appointment. I spoke with him first on 8/2 regarding setting up a day. He told me “it’s best if you come Wednesday, someone left the lights on in the car so the battery has died” I found that interesting but nevertheless I told him Wednesday I’ll stop after work to test drive the vehicle. Prior to my arrival I received a call from Abu saying that they had replace the battery and the vehicle will be ready. I show up and he claimed to be working with another customer and handed me off to this young lady named Charity. Speaking with her was the only delightful part of the visit. I sat for 20 mins waiting for them to pull the car up front. The car finally arrives and as I get in I quickly notice that the car was extremely low on gas. Gas light shining clear as day. I was told to drive to the gas station so they can fill up the car (lol). I was also told to leave the car running as it gets filled up. After I performed this task for them I was free to drive around and experience the vehicle. After the test drive, I parked the car and turned it off. As I was proceeding back into the building I heard a “tick tick” noise, I turned around and noticed Charity was unable to start the vehicle due to the battery dying. I spoke numbers with Charity. Abu showed up once and just stood against the wall and watched us talk then walked away. He did not return. Charity and I weren’t able to come to a favorable price. Of course I had to speak with the manager, I do not remember his name but I do recall him not asking at all how the test drive went or able to offer me any type of deal even tho unaware to him I just had the most unacceptable experiences ever.. I truly feel bad for Charity because she was pushed into the worst sales opportunity ever, all due to Abu not properly planning my visit and not doing his due diligence on a “brand new” car that clearly should not be on the lot for sell. Again, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Proceed with caution.

Extending my thanks to Joe Porter and his team at Bob - Mike B

Extending my thanks to Joe Porter and his team at Bob Bell Ford (used car dept). I had a completely hassle-free process today when I went in to purchase a pre owned Hyundai Veloster. I'm thrilled with my purchase. From not getting a gazillion phone calls from the dealership to feeling heard and understood every step through the deal, I can say it couldn't have gone any better. If you're in the market for a pre owned vehicle, ask for Joe. Thanks again guys.

Everyone was great, even though buying any vehicle takes - kittyknill

Everyone was great, even though buying any vehicle takes some time, they were efficient, professional and very helpful. Extremely satisfied with my purchase and with the expertise/experience demonstrated by Da'raune and John from this dealership.

Kept me posted on status of used vehicle. - bobtnt52

Kept me posted on status of used vehicle. Unfortunately sent it to wholesaler because of some issues and they decided not to sell to an individual.

We bought a Ford Flex - happy owner

We are elderly and had been having difficulty getting up into our full sized SUV for a while now. I noticed the Ford Flex and was happy to find it even more comfortable than our 2012 SUV and a LOT lower and easier to get in and out of. When I inquired on line about the Flex leftover we might consider, Chris Hinder e-mailed me back and followed up with a phone call WITHOUT PRESSURE!!! We thought about it for a few days and decided to call back because there were not a bunch of call backs like other dealerships had initiated. We set up a time and went in for a test drive. We were in awe of the kindness (I am handicapped) afforded us. They thoroughly explained everything, tried to get us the best deals Ford could give as well as a very fair price for our trade-in. They also explained and went the extra mile to make sure we took advantage of all offers not just from Ford but others like USAA. We were truly pleased not just with our purchase, but with they entire experience. Thank you to the Hinder family for treating us so well!

They promised a second key, scheduled an appointment 2 - d2368

They promised a second key, scheduled an appointment 2 months later only to for them to cancel it saying it's on "back order". 4 months later still nothing, terrible customer service, avoid.

Quick and professional, patient salesman and very helpful. - mzeke

I went to look at used trucks. Had settled on way more than I needed. They found me a great deal on a super clean and super low mileage truck in my price range. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. It was all that they said (as proven by a great CARFAX report).
