We brought our Edge in the night before for service the next day. At close to 2 PM the next day I text the service advisor for a readiness. 74 minutes! later I received a response. Moments later a different service advisor call to say, it would be near 5 PM before the vehicle would be ready. We dropped the vehicle off the night before to prevent getting caught in 5 PM traffic. Beyond the mid-70s year old and raining, we senior citizens make plans not to get caught like this. As far as the actual service work. It is too early to comment. Don’t misconstrue, we have 2 vehicles from Shelor and their service department is the only ones to have serviced our vehicles.

Totally lied to us. Wanted to charge more after the issues were pointed out to them. I would not recommend dealing with them. Don't lie to make a sale. Will not work out in your favor. So glad we walked away.

The worst. Took my 2020 explorer to have a axle leak fixed and and the top mechanic tell me its not leaking when there was axle oil drenched on the felt bottom cover and dripping from actuator on front axle .I had to drive back to the dealer to show and argue with him where is was leaking.He finally agreed to fix it. After 2 days my vehicle was still outside nothing done .Girl at the service desk was rude and said this place is a xxxx hole. She was waiting on warranty to call back. So i called the my warranty company they said nobody called about anything on my vehicle. I just took my explorer and left.
