My wife and I had been looking for a vehicle in the tri-state area for a few months, and we were so glad we came across A&D Preowned Auto Sales and met James! We wound up purchasing a 2017 Land Rover from him. It was not only a good clean used car, his service and kindness prior to purchasing was stellar. He provided a very thorough vehicle report, inspected the vehicle for us, and we even got to keep the vehicle for a overnight test drive! My wife fell in love with the vehicle, and James, and this dealership provide excellent customer care and service with everything, period! 5 stars rating. Customer service and sales were superior. Very transparent and efficient process. The salesperson, Jeff Shaffer located the new 4 Runner I was looking for and kept me updated every step of the way via text. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. Ball Toyota did not charge additional fees above MSRP like most dealers are doing currently. Knowing that I can just text Jeff what I am looking for without all of the hassle, I will certainly buy our next car from Ball Toyota.

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. I worked with Grant when I was first interested in trading in my minivan for something more exciting. I wanted a hybrid but also some luxury. We chose a sleek black Volvo XC90 plug in hybrid and I love it. In about 3 months we have taken it on several long trips and the gas milage is decent. Even better, for my day to day work commutes, I run almost entirely on electricity and just plug it in when I get home. When it notified my of my first service, it was easy to leave a message. I got a call back within 20 minutes and service was scheduled. I dropped it of and was greeted by name and offered a ride to work. I was notified of the progress throughout to include a walk around video. The car was returned clean and sparking, not quite new car clean but certainly better than when I dropped it off. We have purchased several cars from this dealership, not all new and not all Volvo but I have been treated like royalty every time. 5 stars.

I purchased a vehicle through JD Byrider about 8-9 months ago. I have had nothing but problems since I got the car, and the salesmen are well aware that I am not happy nor satisfied with this vehicle as I, myself have told them this time and time again. 2 weeks after purchasing the car, I had to take it in for a miss ( which is still there, never has been repaired properly as I’m still having issues) and they changed my catalytic converter, told me that was the problem and sent me home. I was told before coming home in the vehicle that I still had an underlying issue and that they were going to get me in to see a Kia Dealership to have it further investigated but they never called me back with an appointment time/date. The car was doing okay at that moment, so I wasn’t stressing it too bad. Now, 7 months later….my engine light came back on Friday and the miss came back STRONGER THAN EVER! I took it to JD Byrider yesterday and they changed my spark plugs, as well as my coil pack but the car is still missing and they’re going to AGAIN set me up with a Kia Dealership. They then told me that I had oil on my spark plugs, which isn’t a good sign but couldn’t even provide me with a SAFE loaner vehicle until they can get my car in with Kia, which could take several weeks?! Am I just supposed to sit here without a vehicle for more than a month?! Oh, and my Engine light NEVER WENT OFF…its still on. I have explained that I am a single, working Mother and I DEPEND ON THIS VEHICLE FOR MY FAMILIES DAILY NEEDS BUT I HAVE SAT WITH NO VEHICLE FOR ALMOST A WEEK NOW BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE LOANER AS THEY CANT SEEM TO GET THEIR CUSTOMERS TO RETURN THE CARS ON TIME THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY LOANED! Beyond aggravated with this whole situation! My CNAC Caseworker called them after me explaining my situation to her and now they’re telling her that they won’t have a loaner for me until FRIDAY and today is only Wednesday?! Remember I took my car in on Monday and have called everyday since to see if a loaner was brought back like they had been telling me, just to get a let down everytime!! “We can’t seem to get ahold of the person to return the vehicle”….but yet I call right after my worker and I’m told they MAY have one today BUT ITS A LITTLE FORD FOCUS…like, do you really think I care what kind of car it is?! NO…as long as it runs properly smh! They keep saying they’re trying to help but actions speak louder than words….. I just hope this saves some people the money, time, emotional 🎢 , high anxiety and stress it has caused me. Not to mention the doctors appointments I’ve had to reschedule and the 2 job opportunities this issue has knocked me out of!!

I was very fortunate to reach a very understanding agent by the name of Tess. She was amazing and I would have never dreamed that it could happen for me … she is a miracle worker and I thank her with all of my heart for giving me the opportunity to rebuild my credit as well as my life. Bought a 93,000 vehicle only for it to start shaking violently when accelerating after only having it a week. They took it back and gave me a loaner. Never saw the vehicle I bought again because the salesman started driving by my house, texting me when he saw me out around town and then took a photo of me and my children driving on the road and texted it to me!! Then we sold the vehicle “back” even thought we never got the original back and then we had to pay just under $9,000 to sell it back. They are a rip off, sketchy, and down right creepy!

BUYER BEWARE: Don't let their reviews fool you. They used a 3rd party website called Birdeye to filter good reviews online and suppress the negatives ones. If you check all the other sites, the true story of how this dealership operates is right there. I had a terrible experience overall. I purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco with a Hardtop, because I saw it listed on Facebook. First issue was, they posted online they were selling for MSRP which is why I called, but then was told since I was paying cash for the vehicle, they would have to charge me $5,000 OVER STICKER because I wasn't financing it with them????? I finally got that negotiated back down to MSRP since I was trading a brand new paid for truck. They delivered the Bronco next the day and I wrote a 4K check for the difference in price plus the SOFT TOP I wanted since I didn’t want a hardtop bronco. They promised to send me my a fully functional soft top. 2 weeks later, my local dealership in Nashville, Tn called and said my soft top "fabric" came in. Perplexed, I called and asked what he was talking about? My local dealer said they received the fabric but not frame or side windows. So basically there is nothing you can do with this fabric. I paid extra for a full "soft top" for my new Ford Bronco and once the dealership figured out they messed up and looked up the wrong part and cost, they said they could not uphold the agreement and since the "WE OWE" stated "soft top" then they did all they could do and would not be sending me my soft top or be refunding my money. Jonathan Brown, in the customer service dept called me and said he was going to work on this and that was 2 weeks ago. I have called 4 different times and left messages with no response. Buyer BEWARE, read your paperwork closely and fill in the blanks that they dont. See attached photos. There are so many great dealers out there that do what they say they’re going to do. Do your homework and make same mistake I did giving this dealership your hard earned money.

Wonderful buying experience. They went out of their way to make this remote purchase and easy as possible. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and Larry Dawson had one. Larry Summey worked with me to coordinate an independent inspection from a local dealer, and were very communicative throughout the process. This was the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased and I was very anxious. With flight, rental car, and hotel, I was $1000 invested prior to even seeing the car in person. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The car was EXACTLY as the dealer described and the transfer was cleaner and easier than any previous car purchase. I found Larry’s team to be honest and easy to work with, and would have zero hesitation recommending them to any friends or family.

I bought it used, it had over 100,000 miles when I purchased it, but let me tell you it never once failed to start. I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase, new or used.
