Stopped in to look at vehicles after an unfortunate run-in with a deer totalled our 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. They happened to be shorthanded that day and I was assisted by Chris Parker, Jr., one of the managers, and the dealership owner's son. I knew what I was looking for and he provided pricing that was much more competitive than another dealership offered. He was certain that he could get us better interest rates than the other dealership. Came back the next day and spoke with the sales manager who handled the credit application and offered a competitive price with every incentive we qualified for and also offered additional cash back to meet a third dealership's generous offer. My wife and I were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the sales staff and financing staff and made our purchase that day.

On Dec 1 2022, I had an appointment for an oil change. I arrived early as is usual for me, and was immediately taken care of. Not only was the oil changed,but the tires were rotated,a recall was taken care of, but an oil leak on the oil pan was also repaired. I believe this to be excellent customer service, and am in completely satisfied with my experience at Straubs.

Had my car serviced at Bowser Hyundai in the South Hills. Austin was my service advisor, and he could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns. My car was done in a timely manner and washed. I could not recommend Bowser and Austin more.
