Second new car purchased from this dealer. No haggling or negotiations necessary. They offer a proposal which they honor without hidden fees or surprises later. Their price is considerably less than other dealerships and the service afterward is fast and efficient. I will likely trade cars every year at this dealership. I will add that this Toyota dealer is far different from others in the region.

James Hedgepeth was our salesperson and was very kind and easy to work with. James and Anna were understanding when we had a payment issue with the bank and James worked with us to arrange payment the next business day. In all, the atmosphere was laid back and friendly and all the staffed seem to enjoy interacting with customers. My daughter absolutely loved spending time with the office cat, Tux, while the adults talked business. It was an all around positive experience.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this dealership for - Totally Disappointed

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this dealership for purchasing a vehicle!!!! Today I along with a partner were totally LIED to by a Mr Darrell Butler. We went there to specifically view certain vehicles for comfort and inquire on a "SOFT PULL" basis for an estimate of financing. Darrell proceeded to take our information stating he had done this for almost 30 years and to legally do a "SIFT PULL" on us he needed our permission, so we signed. Upon leaving with nothing more than he could get us in our budget he said he would keep our information on file so "ANITHER" credit report wouldn't need to be done. I was running late for an appount.ent and it did not register what he said till I was up the road. DARRELL did a "HARD PULL" TWICE...not once but TWICE on both my credit report and my partners. I called and spoke with Mr Taylor who stated he was the manager who said retraining was needed for Mr Butler. If he truly did this almost 30 year, there's no retraining. THEN Mr Taylor stated they could not reverse our "HARD PULLS" in our credit reports...which AGAIN is ANOTHER LIE. With my family having worked in credit/collections...IT CERTAINLY CAN BE DONE!!!

I live in Durham and Chose to purchase my Hylander Hybrid from Massey because their customer service is the best I have ever seen from a dealership. Randy Kelly nd Mike Martin made everything about buying this car and trading in two cars easy. I have had my Highlander a month now and driven it 1,500 miles so far and am thrilled with everything about it. I wish I could give 100 stars!
