This dealership is untrustworthy. Was called and told that they had found a car that fitted what I was interested in, but said I would have to wait until it went through their shop to get checked out and that it would be set aside for me to be the first one to come look at and initially purchase, so after not hearing from them in almost a week I called to see if the car was ready to be looked at and found out that they had sold the car and when I asked why they didn’t call me as they had told me they would they all (customer care manager, sales manager and salesman) lied about what happened. The car belonged to them so it was no need to lie about it. It’s some way to treat a customer who had purchased 3 vehicles from them in the pass, but I’m doubtful if I’ll ever purchase another one from them.

I live in Durham and Chose to purchase my Hylander Hybrid from Massey because their customer service is the best I have ever seen from a dealership. Randy Kelly nd Mike Martin made everything about buying this car and trading in two cars easy. I have had my Highlander a month now and driven it 1,500 miles so far and am thrilled with everything about it. I wish I could give 100 stars!
