My service rep was great. However there seems to be a problem with tge mechanic sonce i had brake service done there and later there was a problem with one of my brakes. However I feel that I should have been given something for the long wait ir caused. I have used hood for all my service needed and expect the best in service for my money. So you may want to think about your mechanic area.

Purchased a new car after dark driving from over two - Damaged clearcoat
Purchased a new car after dark driving from over two hours out of town to pick up the car. Did not notice until the next morning the paint on the entire car is badly swirl marked with moderate depth scratches according to two local professional detailing companies with quotes to repair damage ranging from 450-950. Dealership will only either pay 250 max to assist with repair on a new car their detail people messed up the paint on or gave me bring the car back to them so they can have a different detail person fix it. They claim the other detail person won’t mess it up worse and will repair the damage, however that’s not realistic as it would be at least 5 hours of driving for me not counting time to fix the paint at the dealer. Absolutely horrible experience paying for a new car that’s already damaged that I will be out of pocket to repair. Never buy anything from them unless you are local and inspect with a flashlight if it isn’t a bright and sunny day. Also, never let them detail your car for any reason or it will end up costing you a lot of money.
