Saw a really good price advertised via the web on Jeep Gladiator. I reached out and got a call back from Daniel Deatherage. I live in Tennessee and he walked me through how the deal would work being out of state. Daniel and the team at Big M were transparent and very honest with me and worked to get my business. They worked the deal different ways to see which would be the best way for me with a trade in as well. I had dealt with a couple of dealerships in the Nashville area and felt they were both just trying to take as much of my money as they could. Never felt that way with Daniel and Big M team. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had and I have bought over a dozen vehicles. I would highly recommend Daniel and the Big M team if you want to be treated properly. The best thing I can say is I will be back when time comes to buy my next vehicle.

Start to finish Angie made the process go so smoothly. From the first interaction to the last conversation, she was a pleasure to work with. The entire staff was welcoming and accommodating. The 2024 Jeep Gladiator was exactly what was represented online! The pricing was fair enough that we came from South East Virginia to make the purchase. They made sure the Gladiator was prepped, clean, and a full tank of gas. Not an easy task as we finalized the deal at 5:30 Friday night and picked it up early Saturday morning. Angie gets an 11/10! We would not hesitate to make a long-distance purchase from them again.

The only reason this review is 4 stars out of 5 is because I'm actually still in the midst of the buying process. THREE TIMES now, I've found a car I've really wanted to explore purchasing further, only to hear it was sold at another dealership before I could get to the lot - in one case I found this out AFTER getting there.

They worked on my vehicle which I bought from there. When I bought it, it had all kinds of problems. I was surprised they put me on the road with a vehicle n that condition. When they worked on it, it was still messed up to this day. I just drive it till it falls apart I guess cause I'm not taking it back even if I still had a warranty.
