I am satisfied and pleased that a service cost issue I had this week was solved. It took a fair amount of discussion but management did agree to a compromise that I believe was fair to them as well as to me. This doesn't always happen when there is a dispute and i respect White-Allen European Auto Group for resolving the issue.

I called ahead and he had the car pulled out of the showroom for me to drive and ready to go. I typically buy a new car every three years and this was one of the easiest to date. No back and forth trying to work a deal for hours. There is no doubt I will be back again for my next vehicle. Cheryl in finance was just as pleasant. There was no excessive pressure to buy additional add-ons. She breezed through the paperwork in no time.
