This is my first experience buying a new car so was kinda lost at the process. Jim Harlow was an amazing sales person my schedule is crazy working out of town 6 to 7 days week but he was patient and professionally with me walking me though every set. Then we decided and changed our mind on 3 different vehicles before we finally found the one we wanted and still never tried to push us into anything we didn't want just reminded us to take our time and he would make everything happen once we decided and he did great. Then Andrew the finance manager took his time and explained everything to me as we went along. I would recommend this car lot to anyone. So if you want a car stop in they will treat you right

Service department charged me for work I did not approve of. Car has gone through 5 serpentine belts within a month of service (did not have a problem before). Allegedly gave my car an alignment, but the steering shook more after the service was done than before.

They sold me a lemon had nothing but problems with the car it sat in my driveway more than I drove it so I wasn’t paying for something I could drive then It would stay started it would die it would spider and it was a 2015 Cruze so like they should make this right cause now I got a recall thing for the engine and I done had them take it back

I recently purchased a used Jeep from the Lakeview location. The salesman was Larry Sulfridge, he was very helpful and courteous. I have purchase numerous vehicles and this was one of the better experiences I have had. Also, kudos to Fred Winland the Finance Manager, he was very pleasant and efficent.

Joe & Ola were awesome!!!!! Took longer than expected but it was worth it!!! Car have a few minor details that was not brought to my attention but what use car doesn't. However, I would have preferred if Ola was a little more honest about the car.
