CONSUMER SAFETY DEFECT COVER-UP AND FALSIFIED PRE-SALE - geo

CONSUMER SAFETY DEFECT COVER-UP AND FALSIFIED PRE-SALE SAFETY INSPECTIONS. I traded in my 2013 Honda Civic LX for a $7,000 credit and paid an additional $11,000 to purchase a used 2015 Infiniti Q50S from this lot, operating on good faith that their certified 'VPI Value Plus Used Car Safety Inspection' was legitimate. Less than 30 days later, the car suffered a total electrical failure mid-shift because salesperson JAY STECCO’s inventory team installed an incorrect standard lead-acid battery into a platform that requires a Group 35 AGM battery. Worse yet, a subsequent hoist inspection revealed an active, heavy hydraulic steering rack and pinion leak caked in months of black grime. Most shockingly, non-factory copper/brass wiring had been manually twisted around the rubber steering bellows boot to tightly clamp it shut and intentionally trap the leaking fluid to conceal this dangerous drivetrain failure from a buyer prior to sale. Internal dealer service records from June 26 prove their service technicians had this exact car on a hoist for subframe and brake work less than two months ago—meaning they stood inches away from this wire tampering and caked sludge—yet omitted it from the paperwork to deceptively push an unsafe vehicle off the lot. When bringing this physical proof to the showroom floor in person, Used Car Sales Manager NATE VAN RYN admitted fault for the battery by cutting a partial check for the raw part, but completely refused to cover the associated installation labor costs, the hazardous steering leak cover-up, or a tire found with two dangerous embedded metal fragments. A formal auto dealer fraud complaint has been successfully filed with the Michigan Secretary of State Bureau of Information Security and the Better Business Bureau. Avoid Jay Stecco, Nate Van Ryn, and Zeigler of Grandville's unsafe, un-inspected inventory.

We have purchased 3 vehicles now from Priced Right. - Rus.caitlyn

We have purchased 3 vehicles now from Priced Right. The last vehicle was to replace a totaled vehicle and we had searched for weeks. We finally ended up with a 2020 Ford Explorer. Right after purchasing we noticed one of the head rests did not work, and we have 4 children and need all 4 back seats. Shortly after that my moon roof began leaking, and now I’m having issues with my transmission. The service manager refused to look at it, as we are over by 500 miles, although we are under the 3 month warranty. I am a home visitor, so I drive more than most.

Dakota was amazing. - Deniselaliberte

Dakota was amazing. He was so helpful and personable. When you have to spend a couple of hours at a dealership (as is always the case) having someone like Dakota really helps the time go by faster and eases the customers stress naturally.

I purchased my 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys on Saturday, - gthiemeyer

I purchased my 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys on Saturday, 10/18/25. My salesperson was Cleveland Baskin. He was awesome- professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made my buying experience pleasant! What I truly appreciated was Cleveland's integrity: no pressure to buy, and if he didn't have an answer to my questions, he did what he could to get them. I would definitely recommend purchasing a new vehicle from this Fox location, and I would certainly recommend asking for Cleveland for assistance.

Full of lies. - Mike

Full of lies. First my oil change emptied half or more of the oil on my new concrete when I returned home, then they told me the oil filter gasket was bad..funny there was no oil on the filter. Oil leak was on opposite side. An employee promised to come and clean the concrete today..the day is half over, not a word. They won't see me again.

This review is for the service department as I have not - Tfeltman

This review is for the service department as I have not bought a car at this dealership. I brought my new car to this service department. They had it 5 different times within a few months and the last time had it for 5 weeks before telling me that they don't have the time to diagnose because the technician doesn't get paid enough hours from my warranty. Told me I need to take it back to where I bought it as it might be a buy back. I took it to another local dealership's service department and they had it diagnosed and fixed in less than a week! I hate leaving bad reviews but I was pretty disappointed with their department.

Waited a long time just to talk to a sales person… I was the only one there. Sales person didn’t even introduce himself, even while we were shaking hands and I had given my name. The car was in good shape overall, but I don’t think I’d go back to this dealer for any car.
