I had to be Ann Arbor hospital early afternoon Tuesday morning. I can't explain what I felt when my wife and I got in our car to start our trip down state, and the car would not start. I called the Dealership and asked if they could replace a battery. They said it could make an appointment for Saturday. I explain that I had to be in Ann Arbor this afternoon for surgery. I was told to get the car in the service ASAP. Got the started , made it to the Dealership, and 30 minutes later was on my way, with a new battery. Not only did I make it to U M hospital, I was 30 minutes early. Thank you for the kind reaction and the fast service.

During the course of my purchase experience, we ran into some issues that can mostly be chalked up to coronavirus related. At one point there was a breakdown in communication and I almost walked away and bought my truck from a different manufacturer or dealership; however, Bob went above and beyond my expectations to make it right. Both he and Paul were at the dealership for about two hours after they closed figuring things out so I can get the truck on time. It also took longer for the paperwork to be completed than I was expecting; however, I believe this is mostly due to most places (secritary of state and banks) either not being open or working from home. After all things considered, I have been satisfied with the service from the sales dept.

If they had a negative star, I would be more than happy to give it. After my husband and his whole family purchasing from them for decades, they attempted to rip me off for over $4000.00. My husband, recently deceased, had a lease from them. I needed to return it. They offered $2000.00 on a trade in. Come to find out through Shea Chevrolet, downstate, I had $6500.00 equity in the vehicle. Well, guess where I went? And yes, I am spreading the word on Wheelers. Why would people you know treat you that way? :(

We were in Alpena from Houghton for a hockey tournament and our side blind zone alert system malfunctioned, which also affected the locks, airbags, and key fob. Worried about getting home, we brought it here and they quickly diagnosed the problem. Even though they couldn’t do the complete repair to replace the modules, they did a quick fix (unplugged the defective module) in under an hour for under $50. I can’t say enough how helpful and knowledgeable the service manager Steve Bruski was! Bruski deserves a brewski! I highly recommend getting service or buying a vehicle here.
