Very happy with how we were treated as customers. - adeaconb
Very happy with how we were treated as customers. WE did have a problem with the amount of time it took to complete the process after agreement of the purchase price.

Great dealer to do business with and their staff was so - Balber333
Great dealer to do business with and their staff was so helpful and made the transaction quick and easy. Brian Yardley was awesome to do business with at Lauterbach.
I continue to work with the Deyarman Autogroup because - drew71.dutch
I continue to work with the Deyarman Autogroup because the customer is a priority for Doug and all of his team members. This is the 3rd vehicle I have been purchased from Doug or his team and each time I have been treated like the most important customer in the dealership, wether I was buying a $5000 car for my kids or a new truck for myself!
The sales team was great to work with. - bob.kemmerer

Got just the car I wanted and maybe a little nicer than I - cclark051854
Got just the car I wanted and maybe a little nicer than I thought I could afford. The sales people were friendly and helpful, gave me just what I thought my trade in was worth Hope to be working with Gregg Young Buick in Indianola in the future. The free car washes will really come in handy. as I like a clean car. Would have got a five star for sure from me, but My Key fob had a bad battery and I only received one Fob with purchase.( Found one on eBay for only $ 29.00,) The Finance people went out of their way to help me with all the paper work and I give them a 5 Star review. Got a really sharp car.
My experience with pella motors is this. - joedram123
My experience with pella motors is this. I was interested in a 2011 toyota Avalon. Through a website I sent a availability request. A salesman contacted me and the process started. First the salesman told me he needed my Financials from the bank to include 30 days of transactions. My bank faxed the Info. Got another call from the salesman and he stated he needed 90 days. There was a problem with dealerships fax and he wasn't getting the info. Frustrated I asked the salesman if he wanted to sell the car or not. The sales manager called me and said it was the salesman first month on the job and needed more training. Then it was the weekend. On Monday he finally got the fax from my bank and was approved for financing. I rented a car drove the 2.5 hours to pella only to find out the financing was for 24.5%. I did not have a good experience there. The sales manager was rude! To me he was not a people person and was uninterested in selling me the car. His condescending attitude was not appropriate or appreciated. I got back in my rental and left. Tuesday I got a text from the original salesman to call another sale manager. I told him in a texted I was sucker punched by pella motors. The end.
O After the sale: "What's your name again?" - csharpe123
I found the vehicle I was looking for here; and the salesman was nice and low key until the finalization. Sales manager and finance guy told me that I since I had my Credit Union financing the sale, I had to write them a personal check once the CU put the funds into my account. I thought this odd. They sent me home in my trade in to get a personal check! Fortunately I called my bank about halfway home and they clarified that the money would never touch my hands; and I returned and drove my car home. I called a couple of days later to verify that they received the funds, and there was no "how do you like you vehicle" or any courtesy follow up about my satisfactions with my experience there. Indeed the sales manager who sent me on a wild goose chase for the personal check had trouble even remembering who I was. I got a decent deal. But the shenanigans with the financing and sending me off in my trade in on a sixty mile round trip was shady. And the lack of follow through guaranteed that I wouldn't recommend them.
