An appointment was made almost 2 months ago for a recall. I dropped the vehicle off at the dealership Thurs and then received a phone call the next day informing me that the vehicle recall had not been started and Dave would call me back that afternoon and let me know it they'd start it Mon-he never called. When I tried to find the status Mon. a.m.-I was told the Service Manager, General Manager and the service advisor were all unavailable and somebody would call back. Neither one of the managers called back and was informed the vehicle would be in the shop within the next hour and I requested call when that happened. I called back 1 1/2 hours later (since nobody called me) and was told it was in the shop. First, why make an appointment if it's not going to be honored (I'm aware warranty and recall work is not as profitable.) Second, do what you say you're going to do.
