Chris Smith was so nice and patient with us. He went over everything in the car and had answers for all of our questions. Chris was so helpful and we appreciate the time he spent with us. We fell in love with the color that was in the showroom and he made it happen. We couldn't be happier!

My Forester's tire light came on. After three service stations where the air inflator was out of service, I remembered Fusz, not a half mile away. I pulled, explained my problem. The service manager told me to pull forward. "Only take a minute. Go have coffee!" I stood behind the glass as he went from tire to tire, checked them all, brought them all back up and I went to thank him x100. He went so far as to tell what stations had digital pumps, gave me brand name of a tire inflator he keeps in his cars, and wished me a better afternoon. He told me the light would come off soon. I shook his hands, thanked him short of lottery money and a half mile later, the light went off! This is how service should be. Taking care of the customer first.
