We purchased a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer from Dylan Simpson. Dylan went above and beyond to make this sale. On his day off he took time out of his day to video the entire vehicle for us. This was due to us not being able to do a video chat to look over the vehicle. Being from Michigan, we could not view in person before the sale and the videos that Dylan took were instrumental in making our decision to purchase. The entire sale went very smoothly and we now have our Blazer home in Michigan as we picked it up on Monday 5/26/2025. The entire staff at JP Sides were very cordial and helpful when we arrived, they could teach the northern dealerships a thing or two about customer service! But the big thanks goes to Dylan Simpson for his attention to our sale. We wouldn't have purchased without his above and beyond attention and work he did to get the sale!

I spoke to a guy in parts named Blake and from the start he was having an attitude and it’s me. He said he’ll get with me when he can and you’ll just have to wait until I’m ready to help you. I was never getting an attitude or anything but he continued to be rude. Then when I was asking another question he hangs up on me.

Went in, some untrained young man setup our test drive and spent zero time talking about the vehicle. He was more interested in chatting. His name is Tanner. Seems nice enough though. We get back and hand over our paystubs and my co-sign hands over his credit information and an hour later after multiple chats which after the introduction of my co-sign it was like I didn’t exist anymore. Further after this unsatisfying experience I left a review describing my frustrating experience and their lack of professionalism only to have them reply to said review saying I lied about ever attending their lot. I am extremely unsatisfied with this process and will not be doing any further business with them until new management.

Why would you sell a vehicle that you, the dealership, alter that will not pass a state inspection. Then when the customer confront you then you tell them to leave.
