It was a 34 day nightmare with no loaner vehicle as contracted in the Ford Protect extended service plan contract. Their phone service is one way. You can call them, but they cannot call you. I imagine part of the screwing over is because I did not buy from them this time last year. They had some nice comparable rides this time last year, but everything was $4,000 to $5,000 more than similar rides in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Mississippi. I bought my truck in Texas. Since they are unable to fix my truck in a timely manner and they leave you walking while your truck is in the shop. I still will not buy a vehicle from them or have one serviced by them. And the best way to do that is never buy another Ford. And remember, if they cannot return your calls in a timely manner and they cannot fix your vehicle in a timely manner, don’t shop there because it will cost you. And in closing, the “Protect on Ford” extended warranty is worthless as well as the “Ford Customer Advocacy” service.
