I bought a 2023 Treverse and we agreed on $25,000. When I got my loan papers Deana had added windshield insurance and gap insurance on the car witch ended the loan being $27,000 . When I called they said they would have them removed I made my payment they said they would have had to redo the whole loan papers. So I fell I was swindled by Deana so I will not be buying anything else from there

One of the worst experiences with a dealership that we've ever had. Took them almost three weeks to pay off our other loan so we had two loans going for almost a whole month, on top of that we were told they would fix a small problem with the car and after two months of bugging them we gave up and we still didn't have the problem fixed.
