The entire staff was great to work with! After I preselected my new F150 on line and drove 30 minutes to Stevens Ford, from the time I walked in the door, negotiated my trade in, signed all the paperwork and drove off the lot, it took just a little less than an hour.

Was working on a deal with Christian on a Mazda. Came to an agreement on a price and put down when I was told by Tom was a fully refundable deposit if anything happened. Paid them, then not a third party PPI done, the mechanic was not allowed to drive the car, and discovered that along with the rotors being rusted there were multiple break codes on the car cleared. Decided not to go through with the purchase because of this, seemed like a health risk, tried to contact them about getting said deposit back and have heard nothing. They also lied on my credit application and doubled my income monthly, that one I'll have to talk to Huntington National Bank directly about. Be aware they say one thing and to another, will take your money for no services.

This place is a joke. We bought a twenty thousand dollar plus truck had it less than a week and it broke down while we were on vacation. Long story short we were told it needed a NEW engine. From there on out their staff would not call us back to give us any updates or answers. Was told later they were told not to talk to us. We later made a deal to pay half of a NEW engine which we agreed to. Got it back today (on an empty tank gas light on) over a month later to find out they put a used engine in it which supposedly cost over seven grand. I requested the truck be trailerd back to us which Jay agreed to but that didn’t happen. Jay told his boss he didn’t “remember” us talking about that. Called today and they would not tell us the purchase price of the used engine. Told us we purchased a “used” vehicle and that was that. Glad to know we can travel and spend thousand of dollars to get screwed over by Oklahoma’s finest car dealership. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Buyers beware. Report to BBB P.S I’ve never had Facebook, in fact I hate it but signed up to protect you guys. Don’t buy used junk from them they will screw you over. Don’t get a mechanic to look at their used cars get an attorney.

In 2025 We went to look a a 2013 F150. The truck had over 200,000 miles on it... It was not in very good conditon but drove and ran fine... they want $26,000.00 for this truck... We were told to make a offer... I told them "respectfully it would be so low that itcwould probably be a insult"... Shevinsisted thatvI make the offer so I did... The "Manager" Came out in a huff and was all but yelling at us for wasting their time... I am a Die Hard Ford Owner... All I have driven in my Life has been Fords... I actually was a General Operations Manager For a "local" Ford dealership until the Dealer Principle decided to sell... I chose not to buy it and Left the business... I can say that Raber Ford will never have to worry about my friends or Family to "WASTE" their time ever again...
