I’m not sure where all of these negative reviews are coming from... My experience working with Tri and the team was great! They were patient, transparent, and helpful from the start. I was considering cars from many different dealerships. Tri was by far the easiest to work with and didn’t give me unnecessary pressure like the others. Before I bought the car, they confidently allowed me to hire someone to inspect the car, and the results were better than I expected. When it came time to purchase, it was the same thing. No extra surprises. No scare tactics to get more money out of me. They were just helpful and real, making sure I was making the best decision. In the end, I got the out the door price. Icing on the cake is that they will deliver the car to you for a very reasonable fee. They drove the vehicle from Dallas to Austin same day for less than what it would cost for me to fly out there. Highly highly recommend. I’d absolutely buy from here again.
