I recently bought a car from Dennis Dillon Kia and had the absolute pleasure of working with Bernie. As a woman, I used to bring my dad with me to car dealerships, but after he passed away four years ago, I had been dreading going through the process alone—especially because of the common “car salesman” stereotype.
Bernie was the exact opposite of that stereotype. He was kind, honest, helpful, and never once pushy. He made the experience easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. I felt respected and supported the entire time. Bernie has a way of doing business that puts people at ease, and honestly, he should be teaching others his approach to sales.
