After going through the paperwork to get pre-approved for financing and scheduling an appointment, the employee that ran after us in the parking lot seconds after arriving seemed to not know how to do his job. He had no idea who we were, or how to find the paperwork we completed. He made us sit and wait for an hour before calling in another employee who also didn't know anything about the paperwork we already filled out. Finally, the manager came down and pushed us to buy a new car instead of the pre-owned vehicle I had already picked out. He then proceeded to say "well, let me explain the difference between and new and used car"......really my guy?! We walked away and so happy that we did!! Terrible customer service and vulture-like practices. Just gross.
