I live about 2 1/2 hours south of this dealership, but am SO glad I took the time to check with them on a used car I was looking for. I've personally bought many cars in my lifetime and have help many more do the same. This may have been the absolute best experience I've ever had. Pricing was being fair. Level of consideration and respect was top notch. Got me in and out in record time. I'm not sure I could have been treated any better. I will absolutely tell my friends the drive is well worth it to visit this dealership. Well done Prescott Valley!

Inconsistency, non-transparent practices… discrimination… cannot service car with serious defects that will kill others on the road! They cannot verify my vehicle and had to contact NHTSA along with NNA consumer affairs. Currently getting ownership verified than requesting factory inspection paperwork… will update review soon!

Purchased a truck from the prescott store. Had some issues from the get go and they were fixed but i had to take time off to go to cottonwood to pick it up. General manager was so rude. Two months later i had to get the transmission rebuilt. Stay away from them. The person that sold us the car was nice and tried everything she could to help BUT there policy and warranty is crap.
