I had a very positive experience at Capitol Ford. Trini was my salesman and he was very professional, efficient and didn’t waste my time! There is nothing worse than spending an entire day at a car dealership! However, this was not my experience with Trini and Capitol Ford. It was all business and a very efficient process. 2 weeks ago i got a notice on my computer, showing a works service for my vehicle the amount was 69.00 dollars plus tax. we yesterday i took my vehicle in was greeted in the service line i had an appointment all went well. until i went to pay my bill at which time im now told my bill was 118.00 dollars without being told in advance of a large price increase. dont know if i will return to rich ford for service any longer..

Purchased a 2019 ford Expedition and I have had it for almost three months now. I love the vehicle and it looks almost brand new. I did have a coolant leak which was a hose that is a known issue but got it repaired and no other issues.
