2 weeks ago i got a notice on my computer, showing a works service for my vehicle the amount was 69.00 dollars plus tax. we yesterday i took my vehicle in was greeted in the service line i had an appointment all went well. until i went to pay my bill at which time im now told my bill was 118.00 dollars without being told in advance of a large price increase. dont know if i will return to rich ford for service any longer..

Purchased a 2019 ford Expedition and I have had it for almost three months now. I love the vehicle and it looks almost brand new. I did have a coolant leak which was a hose that is a known issue but got it repaired and no other issues.
