Service adviser, Alyssa, was great. My truck was fixed with in a couple of days, that was excellent. The problem is with your new program that provide texts over billing. The program text indicated it would cost me 240 dollars to fix the problem but I ended up paying over 450 dollars. When question at the cashiers Alyssa did informed me the program was new and it was sending text with the wrong total cost. Your bill also does not indicate the hourly charge and how long it took the Machanic to fix the problem. Hope this info helps you create a better process for overall satisfactory rating.
