Enrique my adviser has always been a pleasure to work with and I enjoy bringing my Porsche to this dealership for all service work and anything else that it may require. I trust any advice given to me and always enjoy the friendship that we have built there. I can always leave knowing that they truly are looking after my best interest in anything that may arise with my car. Everyone is always very friendly and my car always leaves in pristine order. The technicians are all professionals in every way and stay with any problems in the cars till it is solved. This review is concerning Porsche Burlingame, but more specifically, the salesman Cesar Caceres. Cesar was one of the most unprofessional salesman I've ever had to deal with. I made an appointment to come up from San Jose to test one of the vehicles, which Cesar was well aware of, only to be told after driving an hour that there are no test drives without agreeing to a sale before hand. At no time was this mentioned before I drove all the way up there and wasted 2 hours of my time. Cesar could have mentioned this in one of the many emails exchanged, but he decided his time was more valuable than mine, and didn't even bother. If I am going to spend $100k+, you better believe I want to try the vehicle out before signing anything. If management reads this, you would do well to find a more respectful employee that understands the value of people's time.
