I recently scheduled my 5,000-mile service appointment at the Lexus Fremont branch. I mentioned to the service advisor (Vener Padilla) that my car was making a strange noise when turning. After listening to my concerns, the service advisor immediately called a senior mechanic to perform a test. Sure enough, after the test drive, they discovered a problem with the control arms and replaced them. I want to thank Lexus Fremont, especially Vener; everyone there provided incredibly warm, dedicated, and professional serviceāa level of service that exceeded expectations. I will definitely bring my car in for regular maintenance and will recommend them to all my friends and family who drive Lexus.
