Service dept. is great. Dealership in general disappointing. Salesman was only one who cared about my lease. The managers messed things up so bad and did not care. is great. Justin and the entire LaFontaine team were great to work with in the purchase of our new 2026 Ram 2500. We live in Indiana and just could not find the time to get up to Lansing, but knew they had the truck with in the purchase of our new 2026 Ram 2500. We live in Indiana and just could not find the time to get up to Lansing, but knew they had the truck we wanted with the options we wanted. We were able to complete our entire transaction via phone, email, and DocuSign. We were so worried about doing everything this way, but it was so easy!! They even worked with us on our trade-in (2016 Ram 2500). We were able to figure out a day that worked for one of their drivers to deliver our new truck to us and drive our trade-in back to the dealership. Would HIGHLY recommend LaFontaine CDJR of Lansing to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

The sales part of the process was quick and easy. Josh put us in a vechical that fit our needs. The rest of the process was a nightmare. It took over 5 hours in 2 different visits to finish and sig Josh put us in a vechical that fit our needs. The rest of the process was a nightmare. It took over 5 hours in 2 different visits to finish and sign the deal. .There was no valid reason to keep us waiting either time. The management and finance department had no reasons to keep us waiting. The tactics of management to keep us waiting was unacceptable in the 1st visit. Then, having one finance guy working at end of the day was also unacceptable on the 2nd visit. The dealership got money in the end and I have new car. I will seek out another dealership if I ever need another car. Please do not follow up. More

I was quoted almost $2000 to splice a wire together and wanted to refuse service but they completed it without my approval and still made me pay for the repairs to get my car back. Very unprofessional serv wanted to refuse service but they completed it without my approval and still made me pay for the repairs to get my car back. Very unprofessional service manager hung up on me and kept cutting me off as I was trying to speak. Will never come to this dealership again for they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. More
