Justin and the entire LaFontaine team were great to work with in the purchase of our new 2026 Ram 2500. We live in Indiana and just could not find the time to get up to Lansing, but knew they had the truck with in the purchase of our new 2026 Ram 2500. We were able to complete our entire transaction via phone, email, and DocuSign. We were so worried about doing everything this way, but it was so easy!! They even worked with us on our trade-in (2016 Ram 2500). We were able to figure out a day that worked for one of their drivers to deliver our new truck to us and drive our trade-in back to the dealership. The sales part of the process was quick and easy. Josh put us in a vechical that fit our needs. The rest of the process was a nightmare. It took over 5 hours in 2 different visits to finish and sign the deal. .There was no valid reason to keep us waiting either time. The management and finance department had no reasons to keep us waiting. The tactics of management to keep us waiting was unacceptable in the 1st visit. Then, having one finance guy working at end of the day was also unacceptable on the 2nd visit. The dealership got money in the end and I have new car. I will seek out another dealership if I ever need another car. Please do not follow up. More

I was quoted almost $2000 to splice a wire together and wanted to refuse service but they completed it without my approval and still made me pay for the repairs to get my car back. Purchased a vehicle, salesman said they would fix certain issues. Dropped car off on Friday before thanksgiving, they said they would have it done by Monday or Tuesday of following week. That week came and went and they said they were waiting for parts and would get in couple days and can would be ready the next following week on Monday or Tuesday, then on that next Tuesday I call again and they said again they are waiting for parts and that the car would be ready on the next following Monday or Tuesday. I go in that following Monday and service tell me they still waiting on parts , I explained that they have been telling me that for weeks now, he went to the back and came back out and said they had the parts and they would have car ready that evening or next day. So the next day I called again and they said I could pick up the car at 5pm. I truly do not believe they had to wait 3 weeks for parts, I could have kept my car until they had the parts if that was the case but they didn’t want to give me my car back. The fact it took almost a month to get brakes and shocks fixed was absolutely ridiculous. I could have went to any parts store and got the parts in minutes. I also use to deliver the parts to your dealership when I worked for black horse carriers/penske, and I know dealers order parts one day and get the parts the next day unless they order to late in the day or was a holiday or weekend. So I know for a fact that my car literally just sat outside and was not gonna get touched for a long time despite already having the parts on hand, it was because I didn’t have to pay for the repairs so u had no rush to do it and just kept lying to me every day. I would never buy a vehicle from your dealership or have repairs done at your dealership again. More
