Very upset with Shottenkirk, as we tried purchasing a Telluride but we’re unable to as the car was not fixed to the terms that were agreed upon. I’m addition, the salesman and his manager both pressured Telluride but we’re unable to as the car was not fixed to the terms that were agreed upon. I’m addition, the salesman and his manager both pressured us into signing even though we expressed we wanted more time to think about it since purchasing a vehicle is not a small ordeal. After signing, I tried reaching out to the salesman in order to get an update on the vehicle but he would not return my calls the morning I was supposed to pick the car up, the car was filthy and had not been prepared for us to take it. This dealership is completely unprofessional and should not be utilized to find your next vehicle. More
