I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this business that provided absolutely horrible service. From the very beginning, the staff: Alexander and Sean were incredibly rude and pushy, makin this business that provided absolutely horrible service. From the very beginning, the staff: Alexander and Sean were incredibly rude and pushy, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Not only did they fail to listen to my needs, but they also disregarded my concerns and showed a complete lack of empathy. Their behavior was unacceptable and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this dealer to proceed with caution, as the level of customer service they provide is far below what is acceptable. Please save yourself the headache and choose to support businesses that value their customers and treat them with the respect they deserve More

The finance guy was also friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I like how Del Toyota had another team member show me all the features of my new vehicle. My pre owned vehicle was detailed and delivered to me with a full tank of gas. I wish all dealerships did business like Del Toyota. I highly recommend them. More
