I took my vehicle for an oil change and was told the arms were cracked and needed to be replaced. Out of fear my vehicle would break down, I had them replaced. The next day on my way to work my vehicle began were cracked and needed to be replaced. Out of fear my vehicle would break down, I had them replaced. The next day on my way to work my vehicle began to shake and dash lights came on. I called had my father drop my vehicle off to get checked. Upon arrival, my father was not greeted well and was told to make an appointment. After he finally explained, they took a look at my car. The called me back and told me it was fine and nothing was wrong with it. I am still driving with a check tire light on. It was not a good experience since I lost half a work day getting another vehicle to take to work. I depend a lot on my car since I drive 55 miles one way to work, 110 miles a day. I need to have a dealership I can trust with my safety. - not this location. More
