Great car buying experience! I had been driving through several local car lots looking at cars for a few.months. I really liked what I saw at Mike Murphy's and decided I was ready I had been driving through several local car lots looking at cars for a few.months. I really liked what I saw at Mike Murphy's and decided I was ready to buy. I asked for information on the website and they got back to me in a very timely manner. I dealt with Anthony, who was awesome. He knew the answers to ALL my questions He did not rush me into making a decision. He even set up my phone for me to work on the car and went over all the special options my new car has. He let me know that I have any questions whatsoever to give them a call. On the financal side, they were also very informative and explained the benefits of each plan. They did not push any extended service contracts on me or anything else that I didn't want, A few days later I received a voicemail from Mike Murphy himself thanking me for my purchase and to feel free to contact him directly if the need arises. Wow that is a first ever! All in all a great car buying experience! I feel confident I'm in good hands with Mike Murphy Ford for the life of my car and am glad I made the decision to buy from them.
