Bought a 2018 F150 XLT. The thing is a lemon. Door won’t stay shut. The chime that reminds you the key is in ignition continues to chime after turning the car off, (leaving the lights on and won’t let me lo stay shut. This vehicle has been a headache. Tried calling the service department- the automated answering service won’t let me leave a message with the service department. Tried leaving a message with another department and I can’t get a call back from them. Trying social media since they aren’t responsive otherwise. More

I am so glad that my wife insisted that we go to Mike Murphy Ford. From the minute we stepped out of our car we were treated like family.
