Our experience with Mike Murphy Ford exceeded our expectations. We originally came into town for bird seed at a local company, and ended up driving through the lot. We were approached within a couple of minutes by Anthony Davis, Salesman. He was helpful in determining our needs, and directed us to the area of vehicles best suited for us. After several hours of looking, comparing, and test driving quite a few different vehicles, we settled in on the vehicle we wanted. The negotiations were fair and without the typical pressure felt by other dealerships. We settled on the terms, but it was late in the day. We were offered to keep vehicle overnight to ensure it was the perfect vehicle for us. We returned the next day to complete the paperwork. Alicia Holden, Finance Manager was very helpful, informative, efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. The dealership had just gotten the truck in and it hadn’t gone through it’s initial inspection or detailing yet, but we were able to make a deal on Dec 23. Since they were closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas, they made sure to get my truck in first thing on the 26th to take care of the detailing and initial vehicle stuff. Then I walked into Mike Murphy ford, and met Mr Anthony Davis and Todd Bekke and things really changed. Anthony actually listened to what I wanted and what I had to work with financially and within a couple of hours Todd had my paperwork ready to signed and I got the car I wanted. I don't prefer Ford vehicles but they had the GM car I wanted so I kept the option on the table. I was considering other nice cars at GM dealers but I had purchased with Anthony Davis in the past so I thought I'd talk to him and see what he had say. Anthony listened to my concerns and allowed me to take my time to consider this purchase option without hounding me or pressuring me to buy. Anthony sold me my first new car 21 years ago and very well may sell me another vehicle in the future thanks to his selling approach. The processor who helped me with the financing and paperwork was polite and thorough which was great considering I've had not so pleasant experiences at other dealerships in that department.
