We have been looking for our 3rd Explorer for several months. The sales team at MM were informative and thorough, there was a recent recall, and Kevin explained the situation.. As several Explorers I had pursued state wide were recalled., or I was given a vague answer about them., and why they were not available. We shopped a half hour before closing Saturday, called at 9 Monday to say we would buy it. I had a plane to catch and wanted to complete as much paperwork as possible. The team at Mike Murphy had everything lined up and prepared, We were out in less than a half hour. . The car was priced reasonably and represented accurate. More
